mmm i watch english dub so False Darkness , Searing Migraine , Pressure Damage, plus his whole earth heart wouldnt be broken and about the stamina kakuzu has the chakra networks of 5 shinobi so he has quite a bit of stamina himself and then IF this was a challenge he could go into monster mode ( forget the name atm) and use weird mask styles .

From what I recall, Kakuzu has nothing in his arsenal that could potentially damage Tsunade given her techniques.
So, I say Tsunade high difficulty because from what I recall he is an overwhelming opponent.

Still, the damage from continuous attacks of something as powerful as the elemental blasts of Kakuzu would definitely stack up, while she doesn't really have the speed feats to get close enough to him to attack him when in long-range mode, and even if she did, the Diamond Morph should allow him to take care of it.

His threads would also be dangerous, as they have been seen to be able to literally rip into someones body and remove their organs, and even if Tsunade has great healing abilities, recreating your heart through cell division would take up a heckload of chakra.

Ok. firstly there's no reason to think Tsunade can't cut into Kakuzu once she gets close. She has super strength, backed with both a large chakra scalpel and lightning release. The scalpel goes right through the "skin" defence, and Kakuzu's tough skin is vulnerable to lightning. This is to say nothing of the fact that Tsunade's strength alone should have no trouble punching a hole right through Kakuzu, tough skin or not. Let's put this in perspective. Kakuzu was cut open by a chidori from Kakashi. Conversely, Tsunade can dent Susanoo armour (and rip the energy swords it create off)... this is Susanoo which, even when it's still invisible, is strong enough to tank Sasuke's Kirrin. And Madara's more developed Susanoo is much tougher than that (and laughs off Naruto's various Rasengans).

Kakuzu has been taken down or smacked by fodders, while Tsunade has kage level fighting. She shouldn't have any trouble getting close, wading through any attacks Kakuzu manages to pull off, and then ripping his hearts out. As a medic ninja she'll be less likely to be taken by surprise too. She also summons a giant slug that can spit a large amount of acid, which should end Kakuzu pretty fast.

If this is a long distance battle, all Tsunade has to do is sit atop her gigantic slug and have it spit acid at Kakuzu, acid attacks which I hasten to add trump any attack we've seen from Kakuzu thus far, and have a frightening range. Assuming Tsunade isn't hurling giant boulders at Kakuzu as well... of course, in close quarters Tsunade is going to wreck Kakuzu and tank all his attacks anyhow.

Tsunade mid diff. She can break through his iron skin, not to mention she has Lightning Release to do that for her. Katsuyu's acid melts his masks, and Tsunade and Katsuyu tank anything he throws at them.

Sure, but if she does that, he'd simply harden his skin, she can't punch through diamonds. Although, I won't try to deny the fact that if she hits him when not in Earth Spear Mode, she'd do a lot of damage. However, as we saw him dodging Choji's attacks that came out of nowhere without much trouble [1-2-3] I think he wouldn't have a hard time hardening himself before Tsunade gets a hit off on him if she's pulling him in.

And of course, battles aren't always about speed, but speed is necessary in order to get through a defense with as large range as Kakuzu's threads, while he's also able to take out an enemy with the blasts of the masks. [4-5] and even more so in full thread mode [6]

And of course it's just an assumption, but nonetheless, I don't think creating a new organ after it's been removed is as easy as basic healing.

And also any attempt from Kakuzu to hold or grab her would most likely result in her pulling him in and stomping whatever heart was foolish enough to make that mistake so I don't think Kakuzu would try this from the beginning, he's not stupid.

However Kakuzu has the advantage of attacking from multiple angles simultaneously with long ranged attack so he will still remain on the offensive most of the time. The question to me seem to boil down to if kakuzu can land enough hits to make Tsunade drain herself from selfhealing before he starts to run out of steam (chakra) himself.

I'd give a slight edge to Tsunade high dif.

alright sitting atop katsuyu wont do **** for tsunade kakuzu is fast can move short distances IN THE BLINK OF AN EYE he could easily dodge the acid and he could get behind tsunade easily and either use earth spear while punching or just unleash a force of blows tsunade is SLOWW and has no range kakuzu is fast and has range and stoop saying that shes automaticly going to break kakuzu in half if orochimaru can survive a punch so can kakuzus earth spear and thats IF the punch hits which it most likely will not ........... ALSO if tsunade does manage to hit kakuzu which is a long shot he can easily absorb one of his hearts coming back to life then proceeding to rape tsunade with large scale jutsus or even just spammers because she has NOTHING to counter with

I doubt his skin is harder then Madara's Susanoo ribcage or Madara's Complete Susanoo swords. It was stated Gaara's defence is ABSOLUTE, yet the Susanoo's ribcage is a stronger defence. This was stated during Sasuke vs the Kages battle.

Tsunade's strength > Complete Susanoo swords > Susanoo's ribcage > Gaara's sand > Kakuzu's defence.

I've never said that she would be able to dodge him forever and ever. If you re-read my post you will see that I stated that she is trained in dodging and predicting attacks which in turn makes slower speed less of a disadvantage defense wise. The point I was trying to make is that if he wants to hit he will have to spam from different directions constantly= sucks up a lot of chakra. Also Tsunades body can handle traveling at the speed of light with no protection= She can take several ranged hits before going down.

As I've alrleady said it comes down to who runs out of chakra first. Also as the princess said above me, if she would actually hit once boom goes a heart. You are not giving Tsunade credit enough.

Kakuzu has been repeatedly nailed by fodder nin, and we're getting by told by his fans he's going to dance around and out fight frickin Tsunade...someone who is a Kage on the back of her exceptional close range fighting skills. Do you have any idea how ridiculous that sounds? Kakuzu can't do anything serious to Tsunade, but she can easily do stuff to him. This is a stomp by Tsunade.
