Orochimaru doesn't need Izanagi to escape a deadly situation, not that Danzo is capable of inflicting one.
Danzo blows. He used Izanagi what, 10 times? and still lost to Sasuke.

oro used rebirth and ET what, 6 times? and he's lost damn near every battle hes been in. also danzo could have won in seconds but he'd already had shisui eye on rechargeDanzo blows. He used Izanagi what, 10 times? and still lost to Sasuke.
