Then they destroy Flower Word with Jiraiya's Fire Release:Toad Oil Flame Bullet that was larger than mountains. Tsunade's healing is comparable to Hashirama's. He doesn't have any summons, so the summons easily deal with Wood Dragon.

Uh, guys, are you forgetting the fact that Oro has 4 Edo's in his arsenal, including Hashi himself ? The Sannin take this, due to Edo Tensei. Without it, they'd lose pretty badly.

until I see more from Hashirama, I say each of the sannin solo. Hashirama hasn't shown anything that can overpower either of the sannin. Kishimoto keeps hype'ing Hashirama, saying he was the god of all ninja's, but I haven't seen it yet.

Any of the Sannin soloing is a ridiculous notion as Hashirama is above all 5 Kage, Tsunade is one of those Kage that Hashirama was stated to be above.

I don't think each Sannin would solo, but they would take him high diff together. Jiraiya's Fire Release: Toad Oil Flame Bullet would overkill Flower World and please don't say they would breathe it in because Tsunade has already faced it and didn't breathe. Wood Dragon would be countered by Tsunade's punch and maybe Orochimaru's Wind Release: Great Breakthrough. Nativity of a World of Trees gets crushed by all the summons, and whatever else Wood Release Hashirama has gets crushed by Summoning: Food Cart Destroyer. Tsunade's healing abilities match Hashirama's and Bringer of Darkness can be snapped out of with Summons (Fukasaku and Shima) Orochimaru also has a 5 in Genjutsu so I doubt it would affect him.

Bringer of Darkness doesn't work that way, it isn't a Genjutsu that is broken out of using the partner method or chakra disruption. It affects the sight so if the opponent can see then Bringer of Darkness will negate their sight. Oro having a 5 in Genjutsu is a moot point as well.

With Bringer of Darkness in play, the Sannin don't know where Hashirama is, nor where he will strike from. In this time Gamabunta and Manda are captured and suppressed via Mokuton then Hashirama uses the Flower World to put them to sleep. They have no way to see through his Mokuton Bunshin feints, so they could end up getting impaled just like Tsunade did.

Ma and Pa are not a factor here as he will never have time to summon them. Sage Mode isn't a factor either for the same reason.

@bold: Not sure if srs, because Tsunade got knocked out and was on the floor until Onoki saved them by destroying the Flowers.

-reverse summon himself away
-toad gourd prison
-hide in a toad jutsu
-swamp of the underworld(to submerge trees)
-toad oil flame bullet(destroy the forest)
-food cart destroyer jutsu(depending on the size of forest)
-transparent escape jutsu
let alone if he was in sage mode

Orochimaru:
-attack prevention jutsu(merge with a tree and disappear)
-body flame jutsu(similar to shunshin or reverse summoning)
plus Orochimaru just doesn't die.....lol....seriously

Tsunade:
-she can handle the tree branches with strength alone, but the pollen may be an issue unless she gets to high ground.
