Zetsu's body is made from the Hashirama's harvested DNA. The prized Senju DNA that everybody is always after. Will Orochimaru benefit greatly from having a Zetsu body? I hope he starts doing crazy new jutsus and being a lot stronger in general now.

without the senju DNA he was already very hard to kill
with the senju DNA i think he will be 200% immortal and extreamly hard to kill
adding the white snake healing abilitly with the senju DNA he can heal himself fast
now he is one of the top dogs in the manga
finally kishi gives him what he deserve as the best villian

No because if that is what he wanted, he could have achieved that a long time ago. He mentioned that he new about Zetsu and his abilities for a long time and Oro is the type of person that if he finds something to be interesting or of use to him he goes out and gets it.
