Wasn't Karen in a cell in Konoha after she was captured and being questioned? We all know she escaped but Sasuke is back in Konoha and well the obvious is going to happen. They will run into each other more so because of Karen being able to sense their chakara. So the Hawk will be a whole once more even and we know for a fact she will forgive Sasuke, the question is if Sasuke will apologize for sacrificing her to kill Danzou.

OT: Yes she is in Konoha, but we don't know where her "exact" location is. :/ And your theory does seem possible, only if they actually meet each other.

If whatever the Hokages tell Sasuke makes him have a change of heart, then he just might end up apologizing to Karin as a first step towards becoming a decent person again. Sasuke was descending into madness when he sacrificed her but hopefully he'll realize that was wrong
I just want her to meet up with Taka again tho
it doesn't really matter what happens
