Naruto is weaker than Minato, a simple thought experiment

Let's stick to the manga-cannon facts:

1) BM Naruto cannot solo Obito, at least so far. Minato solo'd Obito and Kurama at full-strength. Hashirama solo'd Madara and Kurama at full-strength. Naruto needed help from Mommy chakra against half-power Kurama. Barely managed to steal a small portion of Kurama's power. Later *using Kurama's own stolen chakra* Naruto was just barely able to beat HALF-strength Kurama.

2) Minato fought Raikage and Bee at the same time to a draw. Naruto could only keep up with the Rakage whereas Raikage praised Minato as the only one able to dodge him. Minato fought Raikage and B in a serious war. Raikage wasn't serious about killing Naruto, he was just there to confirm his resolve (this is implied by the level of keigo he uses in the original Japanese text to address Naruto, someone with less social position than himself, in a needlessly polite form which translates VERY poorly into English) Raikage wanted to know that Bee thought Naruto was ready, it was their bro-way of confirming that to each other. Note in the original Japanese manga, Raikage generally speaks in a very demeaning way to everyone with language styles akin to a yakuza lord.

3) Yamato said Naruto cannot control his power yet. This is further confirmed when Naruto gets stuck in the wall and Kisame escapes. It's confirmed again when Son Goku easily bests Naruto in KCM, and when Naruto needs his friends help to fight Madara/Obito at the current battle. If the alliance hadn't shown up, Naruto and B were toast. Again, naruto cannot solo Obito or Madara on his own as we have seen him on the verge of defeat with a broken will, broken shoulder, Kurama entirely drained and extending his hand to Obito. Naruto was defeated by Obito, at least morally, until Hinata slapped him to his senses

4) Kurama did not state that Naruto surpassed Minato's strength.
. This is an important misconception on NB. Kurama stated that Naruto has learned to CONTROL his chakra better than Minato did when he 抜いたら (English: extracted) him in the past, and when Kushina acted as the host. He is laughing to himself that Naruto, a mere child, has learned to control his chakra better than his parents. He never once implied nor stated that Naruto has surpassed Minato's strength.

Im going to break down your post one by one to show how flawed your logic is.

That's a > b > c logic which dosen't work in Narutoverse. Minato was Obito's worse match up due to being a s/t user if it had been anyone else Obito would have slaughtered them.

Hashirama didn't solo Madara and Kurama Kushina said that Mito had to help him seal Kurama inside her and become the vessel of the beast. That was also back when Naruto only had SM I thought we were talking about Current BM Naruto? So bringing that up is completely irrelevant to what were talking about.

Im starting to think your either trolling or some butthurt fantard. That was KM Naruto that fought the Raikage lol are you dumb? Bee wasn't even at full power during that fight he was only in V2 when he fought Minato. And about Naruto he was just trying to escape the Raikage he didn't have no killing intent what so ever if he really wanted to fight the Raikage he would have been spamming rasenshuriken and kage bushin two things that he didn't do.

Actually that whole "confirming the resolve" thing is the reason why he came at Naruto with the intent to kill because he wanted to know if Naruto was stronger than him so Holding Back KM Naruto > A.

Because back than Naruto never befriended Kurama now he has BM and has complete control over it besides what does that have to do with him not being stronger than Minato? Son Goku only "beat" Naruto because he lost all of his Kyuubi chakra from fighting Edo 3rd Raikage, Edo Muu, Edo Nagato, Edo Itachi, Edo Kimimaro, Edo Chiyo, Zetsus, Edo Madara and the jins who in which all attacked Naruto at once.

Again, naruto cannot solo Obito or Madara on his own

And Minato can? No one in Narutoverse can solo Edo Madara, Obito and Ten Tails.

I agree with your post. The pain fight lord fugaku was referring to his mastery of sage/toad jutsu. Kurama was referring to narutos chakra control being superior. That being said as soon as naruto masters his shushin (the move he used on kisame that made people think he was minato) and he can do it without rolling his ankle or sustaining any other type of injury he will have surpassed minato.
