Yes, when he thought about karin jugo and sui helping him he thought about all of them, but that was a little bit after jugo made him crazy, see when jugo implanted his flesh to heal sasuke, sasuke also took some of jugo's crazy madness that occurs from time to time, which has caused him to lose his cool.

Even after knowing the trutj of itachi he still considers naruto as a true friend.....because deep down inside he knows that naruto had nothing to dow ith the clan massacre.......but he won't express it, he knows his first priority which is avenging his clan's death and he is ready to remove any obstacle that comes on his way, even if that obstacle is naruto.....
