[Question] Profile Help: Youtube header

iv'e seen one other thread about this but only how to center the existing video, i need to know how to add one to profile page.

iv'e played with all the settings and nothing :confused:

Okay, apparently you don't know how to edit the profile intro text (that section I have the Lucky Luke picture and some links on my profile) so I'll attempt to explain that.
To edit what will be up there you go to:
Edit Profile and scroll down till you reach a box with "Profile Intro Text:" on its left.

In profile intro text you can place:

• Pictures using an [IMGprof][/IMGprof] tag instead of the simple [IMG][/IMG] tag you use in posts.
• Text and links (like you do in posts)
• Videos

Now, you want to know how to add a centered video up there, check out the link below.
Read THIS, as it was answered yesterday.

I see what you are doing, don't add it in the 'Profile title' area, this is just for text. Also the code for Videos is [Video][/Video] (only the [IMG] code is different for profiles, all the others are the same with the post ones )

i don't know if this isn't working or i'm just stupid but i put the youtube link in between the highlighted code in your post under profile text

Okay, via the supreme art of copying others, I managed to find a sollution, which is this:
[Indent][Youtube]M2IPU05tZ2k[/Youtube][/Indent]
I tested it and it works just fine! And I'm also stupid and very sorry for wasting both of our times ._.

go to user cp, there click edit profile, scroll down and find "profile intro" copy the highlighted text of desired video, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5RH7QcI-zqU and put it between youtube tags like the following example

[.youtube]paste the highlighted text here[./youtube] only without the dots in the tags
