Well, think of it like this. If it's inevitable to have the child suffer, meaning there's absolutely no way around it. Then it seems like killing them before their born isn't the worst option.. It's hard to explain without coming off as cold.

everybody who is alive started out as a fetus so i dont think it's right
also if i was a fetus and the mother who was caring for me couldn't afford me or if i was conceived by rape or any other reasons
i wouldn't want to be aborted and i would want a chance at life so it would make me a hypocrite to think abortion is right

Yeah but I doubt a druggy would want to send the kid to foster care. They need money from the government so they can buy drugs and beer, some do that.

I know what you're saying, but there's always the chance of foster care. There's always the chance that the kid can have a better life. I don't think it's right to take that chance away.

You're right about that but hopefully the bad parents let the kid go to a foster care and some foster cares are bad. So it's like a 50/50

I think it all depends on how she became pregnant.
If she gets pregnant because they didn't use protection then let her keep the baby.
If she's raped then I think it's ok.

Most of the time I hear about abortion, this is what I hear:

1. The mother was raped.
Well, abortion doesn't erase the rape from your history.

2. Teenage pregnancies.
It's called consequences.

3. Baby will die.
This is something I can understand. If my kid is gonna die shortly after being born, then I'd choose it to die after it's born. At least then, I can honestly say I didn't kill my child.

I didn't say that cowards didn't choose that. But okay:

1.Of course rape won't be erased like that, but choosing abortion there sounds more like hatred than fear to me.

2.Of course, those are the consequences. Here I agree it is out of fear (Every 1 seeks for the best outcome for life, even if not all actually strive for it, it's still a desire. Humans are selfish by nature) But I think it has more benefits in such cases. Most of teen parents don't have access to education, which leads to great amount of young ppl in productive age that performs poorly.
In a long term vision, it is better if you can achieve that the largest part of population gets decent life standars (because usually those standars are inherited by the children).

3. :shrug: We'll al die anyway. That's more a matter of the parent protecting them-selves and the child from suffering.

You are right about the scenarios but if she was raped and didn't want the baby then she can give the baby to a good home.

As long as the mother hasn't delivered yet, the baby still is part of her body, connected by the umbilical chord....and the baby's nutrition is all taken care of by the mother's diet(i suck in biology) so....i think yes the mother can get rid of the baby according to law.....however whethee it is a moral crime or not depends on how a person views it....
