Venture Island
Hello Naruto Base! Allow me to introduce to you my new RP Game ‘Venture Island’! Venture Island is RP game that doesn’t require any bio or any post count. Anyone can join in at anytime in the game. The game is cumulative.
How the game works:
Update: Players are now allowed to RP without the moderator present. Players can gather any supplies they want.
- Forest: The forest biome is a large temperate forest. There are lots of pine and oak trees here.
Inhabitants: Goblins, Ents, Golems, Wood Trolls
- Desert: The desert biome is a large semi arid desert. There are lots of short shrubs and cactus.
Inhabitants: n/a
- Winter: The winter biome is a large high altitude mountain region.
Inhabitants: Dwarves, Frost Goblins, Frost Trolls, Ice Golems
- Grassland: The grassland biome is a large prairie. There are few scattered trees and lots of tall grass.
Inhabitants: n/a
Update: All of the tools are available to anyone who joins the RP.

Over time the moderator will give the players scenarios that they must handle, update the weather, and add challenges. There aren’t any wrong answers or responses to the scenarios but players are encouraged to be original and witty. During the game the moderator will also include wildlife that players can hunt for food. Players aren’t required to use supplies nor food but they exist to make the game more enjoyable.

Players are able to use the supplies to create structures to go along with their journey. Building structures isn’t required for RP’ing in this game but it is recommended make use of them to enhance your gaming experience. Each structure requires the use of particular tools as well as supplies.

o Large shacks protect occupants from rain, heat, wind, and wild animals
o Maximum capacity: 5
- Small home
o Requires finished wood, clay, stone
o Requires axe, saw, hammer, shovel, and work bench
o Small homes provide shelter from all of the elements and wild animals
o Maximum capacity: 3
- Large home
o Requires finished wood, clay, stone, metal
o Requires axe, saw, shovel, work bench, furnace, coal
o Large homes provide shelter from all of the elements and wild animals
o Maximum capacity: 5
- Small adobe hut
o Requires clay and sand
o Requires a shovel
o Adobe huts provide shelter from wind, rain, and the cold.
o Maximum capacity: 3
- Adobe house
o Requires clay, sand, and wood

o Adobe homes provide protection from all elements
o Maximum capacity: 6
- Warehouse
o Requires finished wood, stone, coal, and metal
o Requires axe, shovel, hammer, saw, metal bucket, and a workbench
o Players who own warehouses can make their own tools
- Crop field
o Requires warehouse
o Players can plant and grow food with a plow made at a warehouse
- Camp fire
o Requires wood or finished wood
o Requires flint
- Walls
o Walls keep monsters from destroying structures
o Requires wood
o Requires hammer, axe, saw, and shovel
- Forge
o Players can craft weapons at the forge
o Requires finished wood, stone, metal, and rope
o Requires hammer axe, saw
Fletching table rules:
Players can now use a fetching table to create arrows for their bows. Players can only craft arrows listed under 'Available Arrows'.
Available Arrows:
- Standard arrow
- Poison arrow
- Explosive arrow
- Flaming arrow
Forge Rules:
Players can now use the forge to craft weapons. I will update the selection of weapons players are able to make.
Available weapons:
Bullets: Players are now able to create different bullets for their blunderbuss at the forge.
- Lead ball
- Scatter shot
- Explosive lead ball
- Poisoned lead ball
Game Rules:
1. Obey the global rules
2. Players are allowed to choose a character to act as their avatar for Venture Island
3. Players who choose to use a character for Venture Island cannot use any of their character’s abilities/weapons/skills. Characters are for looks only
4. There is no violence against other players on Venture Island. I plan on expanding the game but as of now it is a peaceful RP.
5. Players who gathered tools from a previous Venture Island games are allowed to keep their tools for each time they play Venture Island
6. All rules except rule number 1 are subject to change
How the game will look:
Biome: Forrest
Weather: Clear Skies
Scenario: Players find themselves in a beautiful forest. Sun shines through the branches. There is plenty of wood to be collected. Use your axes to collect wood and prepare shelter and fire for tonight.
Side notes and Updates:
- I will update the weather and the biome occasionally. I will also be adding challenges for players.
- The game is still developing and I will be adding, removing, and tweaking things.
- Players can now engage in combat challenges with monsters in their biomes
*Quick explanation of challenges: During their journey, players will encounter monsters that will challenge them. The players will be given two choices on how to deal with the monsters. Players must choose to fight the monsters in order to receive loot.*
- Small and Large houses are permanent structures. Players who construct either will be able to use them in the biome in which the structures were built.
- Players who have weapons bound to them will not lose the weapons. Players can only acquire bound weapons by completing challenges. Players may only have 2 bound weapons on them at a time.
Specialization:
Players are now able to earn a specialization in a certain skill by completing a Specialization Task. The tasks will require the player to answer a set of questions to earn the specialization. The questions will range in difficulty based on the usefulness of the specialization.
Types of Specializations:
1. Warrior - Players who are specialized in being a warrior are able to have up to 3 bound weapons.
