orochimaru could do the impossible?

how is it possible that orochimaru used reaper death seal in continuous with edo tensei to resurrect all previos 4 hokages and still is alive. it is clearly noted that if u use death reaper seal, u die and u must use a sacrifice before performing edo tensei. so how come orochimaru disobeyed all this laws. I NEED ANSWERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
