Tobirama didn't trust and trully feared the Uchiha's, even when they choose peace and Konoha over Madara's will. Tobirama screwed up big time, he created what he feared (Sasuke is the new Madara)

Yes the Uchiha's were unstable but a good Hokage can work with that, Hashirama gained alot of respect, not only is he strong, he can bring out the best in people!

Yeah that was my point. Tobirama feared their potential but at the same time acted like Senju are something more than Uchiha which was a mistake of him.

I don't think Tobirama "acted like Senju are something more than Uchiha". Tobirama said himself that the Uchiha had the potential to awaken even greater power than the Senju; that seemed like a compliment to me. All Tobirama wanted was to protect the greater good (aka the village). His actions only made it seem like he was discriminating against the Uchiha.

I guess you say that Tobirama "acted like Senju are something more than Uchiha" because you see the situation from the perspective of the Uchiha. All the Uchiha probably hated Tobirama too because it seemed like he discriminated against them. But if you look at things from the perspective of Tobirama himself, it's not like he hated the Uchiha or something, he just wanted to protect the village even though his methods were not exactly the best ways to go about it.

I don't think Tobirama acted selfishly and put his clan above the village. I don't think Konoha only consisted of the Senju and Uchiha clan alone; there are probably normal citizens (like the ramen guy) and other shinobi clans who lived in Konoha also. So if you combine the Senju clan with every other normal citizens and shinobi clans then there would be a lot more people than the Uchiha clan.

Tobirama was trying to project the Senju clan and everyone else who was in Konoha also; it's not like he was only protecting the Senju clan. Tobirama was trying to protect the majority of Konoha (which was the greater good).

Senju lineage of heritance is widely spread from their ancestors, in the other words means there must be some inter clan marriage happened, but its not in Uchiha's clan problem, where they just keep uchiha blood just between themselves and therefore we already see them wiped away instantly.

Senju > Uchiha Most of the Uchiha were dumb. That being said, how is it that a whole clan got wiped out by a mere young lad. They couldn't keep the coup a secret. There was no one near as strong as Madara or that could of gone to great lengths to acquire such power. Uchihas kill their own to acquire stronger ocular techniques but most of them had lost the love for each other. Without love they couldn't of reach higher paths. They all were thinking about revenge and power. If they really wanted to succeed as a clan, they all could of just moved out in search of land to start life. They're curse and there's nothing special about that.

i dont think the chapter neccesarily concludes that uchiha > senju, considering the fact that the strongest uchiha was defeated by a senju. however, the chapter does conclude that both uchiha and senju are as strong as the other..... in their own different ways though

Tobirama pretty much said that he'd wouldn't mind if they awaken the MS...His problem is just that the MS apparently comes with hatred. What you get is a Kage/near kage level rouge out of nowhere with an ax to grind. Who the hell wouldn't fear that? Case and point. Obito becoming Tobi.
