Tobirama isn't a douche, he spoke truth about the Uchiha, he didn't find a better way to protect both the Village and the Uchiha clan, yes he cared way more about the Village as he even said it that there's nothing more important than the Village, and he could find a better way to do things, he made mistakes but I don't think he should be called a douche because of that.
