I doubt he will want to fight Aokiji. He seems to be just below emperor level.

Their strategy to take down Kaidou seems to be pretty long stretched. As I understand it, they will terrorize his territory, by removing his "income" in fruit and other stuff.

anyone can learn Haki it's only Haoshoku Haki that is the rare one and even so only 7 people have been shown using it

I expected Doflamingo to have conquerors haki, and it really suits him in my opinion. He also deserves it, considering he's one of the strongest characters we've seen so far.

And I think there's going to be another arc before they fight Kaido, and that is after the Dressrosa arc. That will probably get Kaido's attention even more now.
