Okay well let me see what I can create here m

How its created: well by logical though an the fact I have read the element 20 times lol Marshmallow release is created by one ingesting marshmallows or by having one in their possession now Marshmallow release comes in two states fluff and solid state but in order to use either state the marshmallows must be combined with Fire and wind chakra the fire chakra helps soften the marshmallow making it mold able and I assume the wind helps expand it

How it can be manipulated :
This one is tough to think of a answer but ill give it a shot umm it can be manipulated in several ways one it can be used to make fluff cover the field giving you a good source of marshmallow to use another would be to create giant objects in a solid state also knowing marshmallows to be strong I assume it can take alot of damage

How can it be used:
Well like any other element marshmallow release can be used in many ways as a attack or defense now giving it properities it can be use to bind and Sumter a opponent and restrict their movement it can also be used as a shield or a cushin

Strength Solid State:

Weakness Solid state:

• wind

Strong against Fluff state:

• Ligthning

And weak in fluf state:

I grab five bags of the marshmallows and eat them I then look at you with large eyes and mumbles

Now, take out one marshmallow and place it in the palm of your hand. I want you to use your fire chakra to make the marshmallow malleable, then use your wind chakra to shape it. Turn that plain marshmallow into a peep.

As I hear my instructions I remove one marshmallow and place it in the palm of my hand as I set the Marshmallow in my hand I gather up Fire chakra and add it into the marshmallow as the fire reacts with the marshmallow it becomes soft and moldable so with this happening I then cancel out the fire chakra and gather up wind chakra in the same hand I release the wind chakra and insert it into the marshmallow as the wind chakra becomes one with the marshmallow I use shape manipulation and take control of the chakra and start to mold the marshmallow I shape it to where it is in the shape of a bird and give it wind outlines and a beck

Now, focus more chakra into that peep, and make it bigger.

Description: The user removes a marshmallow known as a peep that is shaped as a small pink duck. They will then jump in the air and drop the marshmallow while making a single hand seal causing the peep to rapidly expand and grow. The B-ranked version of the technique will cause it to grow to a size that can comfortably hold one person. The A-ranked version will cause the peep to grow to a large enough size to hold several people and a medium sized summon.
~Can only be used twice per match regardless of rank chosen.
~Consumes one marshmallow.

While you only made the second one technically, the first one is basically the same.

Now, take out two marshmallows and use the same concept, but this time also add shape manipulation. Combine the two marshmallows and grow them into clones of yourself.

As I here the instructions I remove two more marshmallows and set one on the ground and the other I top of the first one as I do this I stand up straight and release a good amount of fire chakra onto the marshmallows enough to make them mold able as they soften up I then release Wind chakra and alot of it onto the marshmallow and since the marshmallows are now so soft I combined the two while using shape manipulation to shape them as I do the one Handsign making the marshmallow grow as talk as me and by using shape manipulation it appears in a cloud of smoke as a clone of me

(Mashamaruton: Maru-manu) - Marshmallow Release: Mallow-Men

Description: The user removes several marshmallows from his pouch and then tosses them in the air followed by a single hand seal. In a cloud of smoke the marshmallows transform into up to 4 clones of the user. These clones have the capability of using only marshmallow style techniques or non-elemental taijutsu. Because of their marshmallow bodies they are capable of melding moderate injuries such as being sliced or having a hole punched through them, but suffering more serious injuries will render them unable to heal. At any point the user can form a single hand seal causing the clones to explode creating a burst of sticky marshmallow fluff on everything in close proximity.
~Can only create up to four clones per match.
~Each clone requires the input of two marshmallows.

These clones are great for close combat. They can repair cuts and holes, and you can make them explode into sticky marshmallow fluff at any point.

Next, use the marshmallows you ate previously to create a large wave of marshmallow fluff. This is similar to how you would create great water exploding wave, just with marshmallows instead.

Once again after hearing my instructions I take in a deep breath as I do this I build up fire chakra and wind chakra in my stomach as I build up the two chakras I combined them with the marshmallows I ate earlier this happening and the three are combined i exhale as I exhale quickly a large amount of marshmallow fluff spills out and starts heading infront of me within the blink of a eye I have released a huge wave of marshmallow fluff

Description: The user will ingest three marshmallows and then release a large wave of marshmallow fluff that races towards the opponent. The wave itself is seven meters tall (21 feet). The amount of fluff released is enough to leave the battlefield covered in a layer of the sticky goop.
~Can only be used twice per battle.
~Consumes three marshmallows.

Now, you can use that fluff to create a very wide variety of structures. Make a series of structures using the fluff.

As the fluff is covering the field I add chakra into a using this chakra I mold the fluff and first make a rope made of fluff after making the rope I once again add chakra and using shape manipulation I again mold some more fluff and make a cage made f fluff

Description: A very basic technique, the user is able to manipulate a pre-existing source of marshmallow fluff to create a number of shapes such as ropes, shields, tendrils, etc. The mass of the shapes created cannot exceed the mass of the fluff source used. Since the fluff is soft these creations don't do much damage, but their sticky property makes them useful in binding or trapping the opponent.
-Can't change the properties of the fluff.
-Can be used four times per battle.
-Requires a source of fluff.

Now, use the concept of releasing the fluff from the tsunami tech, and the shaping of the fluff from the build-a-fluff technique and create a three-headed hydra of the fluff that looks like:

I take a deep breath in and gather up fire and wind chakra in my stomach as I build up the chakra I infuse the chakras and mix them with the marshmallows from earlier that I had already ingested as I mix the three I take a breath in and then quickly breath out as I do this I release marshmallow fluff from my mouth as I release the fluff I use shape maniuplation to shape the large amount of fluff into the shape of a three headed dragon as I finish shaping the fluff and adding minor details I stop exhailing
