Do You Think Tobirama Deserves the Title of the Fourth Hokage?

I feel with his supposed dislike towards the Uchiha Clan and his willingness to do ANYTHING to protect Konoha eg Edo Tensei he should be more like Danzo. Controlling Konoha from behind the stands.

Again, he was kinda bad at decision making. This was shown when he did Edo Tensei despite Hashirama's warnings. A jutsu which has caused this war to be so sinister.

His bad decision making was also shown when he created the Police Task Force which later almost caused an attempted coup against the village.

PS: Don't get me wrong. I LOVED Tobirama in the last manga! Though I didn't like the way he regarded the Uchiha I loved his general persona and kinda liked the way he silenced Hashirama.

Tobirama was the 2nd Hokage and no, he did what he felt was right and shouldn't be judged for that. He had a right to fear the Uchiha losing control, though his methods were wrong imo. He went about it in a bad way but not for bad reasons.

And yes Tobirama was a great Hokage.He said things the way they were about the Uchihas and he seemed to respect their clan when he talked about them.
But he knew they were a problem and they might disturb the peace of the village so he decided to do something about it.

This...despite the fact he didn't trust the Uchiha clan he still tried to give them a role in helping the village! And he had no intention of stirring up the Uchiha as noted when he said he didn't know they were killed, but at the same time he wasn't surprised.

He did what he thought would protect Konoha, and at the same time tried to involve those he thought brought it in danger! I'd say that is a good Hokage.

We also do not know what Edo Tensei was made for...obviously Hashirama was about to talk about it; however, Tobirama silenced him like a boss.
