Well Sasuke asked Hashirama what the village and what shinobi are.....so Hashirama will probably say that a village is home and shinobi are those who are willing to sacrifice everything for their friends and family: their home!

Honestly I'd imagine Tobirama is a monster....plus think of just who he may have as Edo Contracts!? I mean shinobi like Kakuzu, Ginkaku, and Kinkaku are from his time.....imagine how many other monsters are there! That's probably right, Tobirama isn't treating him like a kid like Hashirama wants to do, "But he's just a wee innocent babe!" Still, Sasuke is just now finding out that his clan has some kind of 'condition' that causes people to give the Uchihas special treatment. Hashirama wants to treat Sasuke like he's delicate, and Tobirama is defensively arguing that he was just trying to find them something to do they would be good at. Stereotyping them, basically. They're like babies who need to be watched and taken care of.

Sasuke wants to look at the facts and make his own decision, but will he still be a slave to the judgements he might make because of his Uchiha condition?
