Could any kage other than tsunade overcome the pain invasion ?

Can any of the kages shown (not just hokages) if he was present instead of Tsunade to protect the leaf from meeting its destruction at pain's hands or would Pain still destroy the leaf ?
Same people that were in the village at time of invasion are present and they have no knowledge of pain invasion,would it be a different scenario (until the leaf's destruction and Naruto appearing) or will the leaf still get crushed.
Hashirama not included (he has hype but wait till he gets feats)

All the Hokage can overcome it, Onoki probably can as well. As for Gaara,A, and Mei, they would probably stop the CST but possibly get killed in the process.

Hiruzen died infront of orochimaru and minato died infrobt of kyubi and both of these invasions didn't have the same destruction as pain's invasion

Muu, Onoki (maybe), Third Raikage, Minato, Tobirama, Hashirama and hiruzen.

Tsunade was the reason why a lot of people survived the nuclear bomb, so give props for that.
