Well the 2nd was the one who created the Edo Tensei so if I would assume he also knows the seal to dispel it (like Kabuto did) and the one to break free from the user (like Madara did).

But I guess since he didn't use it when he was first summoned in Part 1, he may not use it or he may not know it. Who knows...

I believe that sasuke will do something to cause the second to release himself from the edo tensei and since hasirama is his brother, he would know the release. after that are two different possibilities, the first and second going into battle of fighting oro and sasuke.
