How come Hokages didnt notice naruto's chakra? like sasuke and others noticed it like same in place from same distance amd how come hokages didnt noticed naruto's chakra or presence?

now he's been fighting and even gave some chakra away

Remember, it's not the Kyuubi's chakra. Naruto converted the kyuubi's chakra into his own chakra signature, so other people perceive it as Naruto's.
