kakashi as strongest and fastest one shut attack so he doesn't need to riningan attack
and he has so strong defense as he can cancel his existence as he can go to the other dimension avoiding any attack even the giant bijudoam,the dust,the meteor,c0,c3,joko boy,hirudora (any attack as no attack can affect who in the other dimension) so he doesn't need to riningan's defense
kakashi lack only for the chakra although he use it good

Kakashi is not An Uchiha,Kakashi is not a Senju,Kakashi dose not Have Senju/Uchiha DNA so were is He going to get the Rinnegan and the chakra needed to run it?
