I just thought of something, and had to reconfirm it.
looking at chapter 618 page 14 oro used the body switch tech to slip into the zetsu so he could survive the unsealing of the shiki fujin, something other shinobi would die from. he didn't do the body shedding that he can do repeatedly, he used the tech to steal another body and transfer his soul, like he did when he attempted to steal sasuke's body in chapter 344 page 8.
that tech has a time limit, he can't do it again for 3 years. therefor he can not preform the shiki fujin or unseal another shiki fujin AND survive it. and also he can not make another attempt at sasuke's body for another 3 years.

So oro has to wait again for 3 years before he can make an attempt on sasuke's body...poor guy....of course if zetsu shows signs of rejection before 3 years then it may be possible for him to make his move a bit earlier....dependsnon how stable a zetsu body is compared to a normal body....

I made a similar tread but it got closed cause of some Fanboys... but DRproof came with a theory that senju dna accelerats the time(like KA in Shishus eye, danzo had) so maybe Oro can take it in mayby 1 year or 6 monts...

that also came to mind, he now does poses a zetsu body, and thus senju influences. not realy that powerfull, but knowing oro he will be able to enhance it
