We know that, this Scotch guy was in the New World, from a while back. But by some chance if the straw hat's happen to stumble upon the island which this cyborg guy was. which i believe will happen. As the alliance between Straw Hat Crew & Trafalgar Law has an aim to cripple Kaidou's forces , so i'm thinking this includes allies?

Anyways ,who in your opinion will win between a battle of these two cyborgs? Below are the pictures of them:

Well, Scotch fought X Drake, and we don't know how that turned out. But it's safe to assume that he's more powerful than we think.

we don't know that yet. we still have to see Scotch fight. Drake met him but the fight was never shown.
