normal kakashi(without kuarma chakra)has the strongest and the fastest one shut attack in the series which doesn't move but appear with look,doesn't take time but instant,doesn't need to hand seals but only look ,no one can counter it,no defense can defend against it
normal kakashi(without kuarma chakra)has so strong defense(#2/3 in top defenses)as he can cancel his existence and go to other dimension(with speed higher than obito's speed) where no attack can affect him so he can counter any attack even the meteor,the dust,giant bijudoma,hirudora,c0,c3,juko boy
kakashi is nearly the perfect ninja as he has the strongest attack and so strong defense
normal kakashi(without kuarma chakra)was able to beat the gedo mazu with just a look ,normal kakashi can beat at least 2 biju together,normal kakashi can beat the jiubi(warp his neck and go to the other dimension to avoid his attacks)
the only thing which kakashi lack to is the chakra so when kakashi have chakra as the first kuarma chakra it made his kamui stronger 3 times and was able to warp the hatchibi twice (normal kakashi can warp 1/3 hatchibi twice)
so kakashi with current kuarma chakra which he said about it is much stronger than the first one ,he can use the kamui nearly as he want(unlimited)
he can with it warp the hatchibi at least 6 times
he can with it beat all biju together (go to the other dimension to avoid any attack and warp their necks to kill them)
he can with it beat anyone

Gaara and mei could likely out fight him if they conceal their locations. Kamui isn't instant either remember how long he had to keep deidara sighted? If he can't follow your movements he can't kill you with kamui.

kakashi's kamui is much faster than obito's kamui
kakashi warped naruto's clone (pne of fastest ninja)without obito who has sharingan note
so kakashi can warp anyone in nearly no time so he won't feel to deal with it (minato can't use ftg ,naruto,A can't use their speed)
when gara and mei conceal their locations it is mean that they escaped whatever kakashi's kamui faster than anything
