mine is when lee blinks when fighting gaara.
here is why. if lee hadnt blinked when fighting gaara, gaara wouldnt have had a chance ti swap himself for a sand shell and lee would have succesfully lotused him, thus making gaara lose the fight. because of this, sasuke would never have learned chidori as he would not have to fight gaara. in addition, he would not know about lee's 5 gates, and lee would probably overpower sasuke.
also, due to gaara not being in the finals, he had plenty of time to activate shukaku mode and the leaf would almost certainly have been crushed.

so, the leaf was saved thanks to the sacrifice of lee's right arm and leg.

4. Itachi didn't kill the Uchiha clan
5. Sasuke wouldn't join Orochimaru
6. Itachi and Sasuke would be beloved leaf shinobi
7. Nagato wouldn't get the Rinnegan
8. Akatsuki would of been killed when Hanzo made Nagato kill Yahiko because Nagato couldn't use the Rinnegan to kill them all
9. Akatsuki would of been killed easily with Sasuke, Itachi, Minato, Naruto etc against them (considering the Akatsuki was created without Pain, probably be called something else)
9. Jiriaya wouldn't be dead after going to spy on Pain
10. The war wouldn't have Rinnegan apart from Madara (Considering if the war still happened)

Hashirama killing Madara would have changed the history by SOOOOOOOOOOO much

Itachi was the only thing he ever thought about and even though he hated him, Sasuke always loved Itachi... Deeeeeeeeeeeep down
