But then this Mikoto Uchiha is weird I don't she somewhat has that Izuna resemblence on her face. My gut tells me that Mikoto is related to Izuna.

Not really, Obito looks nothing like an uchiha by the face (back then and now) shisui doesn't look like them, he look kinda like obito (a bit) and sasuke father doesn't look like them, so yeah. They don't all look alike.
