Can Sasuke awake his Rinnegan?

Sasuke has EMS which could evolve into Rinnegan. But he needs Senju DNA too which he has as Obito planted Zetsu spores on Sasuke to keep a watch on him long back.
Requirements for Rinnegan: Senju DNA+ Awakened EMS which is fulfilled by Sasuke! So what are your thoughts on this?

Just having the DNA is not good enough. He needs a way to inject it into his body and have his body accept it. I also don't feel that the Zetsus possess enough Senju DNA to awaken the Rinnegan; I think you would need purer and stronger DNA to unlock the RInnegan. Madara used DNA straight from Hashirama. While Zetsu is just a cloned version of Hashirama's cells and are unstable.

Yeah, Sasuke can get Rinnegan. It's not that hard to get Senju DNA, considering the fact that Orochimaru has access to it and there are two Senjus standing in front of him. Also, there is still one Zetsu remaining. (4 were used for Edo Tensei, Orochimaru did a body transfer to the fifth one).

and now he hass the senju dna he could easily give it to sasuke
and i think that their plan from the beginning or why would
orochimaru tell jugo to absorb that zetsu not to kill it

Why do you guys think it's so hard for Sasuke to get Senju DNA?

Sasuke is with Orochimaru, and Orochimaru has access to Senju DNA. (Yamato was the only child out of 60 who survived being injected with Hashirama's DNA from Orochimaru, and Orochimaru obviously has Hashirama and Tobirama's DNA because of Edo Tensei.)

Kabuto says here that you need the DNA of the person and their soul to use Edo Tensei. The DNA does not come from the dead soul, the DNA was already collected from the original dead person. You just need the DNA and the soul to be in the living world to resurrect someone with Edo Tensei.

there are possibilities of this. Obito might had already put some Senju DNA in him while transplanting Itachi's eyes. And they might get awaken when Madara will bring Sasuke to near death and same old story Naruto will interfere and give Sasuke some Kyuubi chakra to save his a**.

good observation but your missing a huge detail....those zetsu clones were spies and not meant to fuse with sasuke like (zetsu clone fused with obito) so sasuke IMO does not have senju DNA....we know that if your a uchiha you need senju DNA as madara said but look how long it took madara to get the rinni Probaly more than 20 years after he got senju Dna , so is there something more that you need ?or do you have to wait till your near death to aquire the Rinni? :shrug:

To unlock Rinnegan, he needs to perfect his EMS, have Senju DNA in his body, and be on the verge of death

as the scan said, its unknown what you have to do to get it, but madara didnt figure it out till he was an old man

Along with Senju DNA, if he gets Uzumaki DNA, it may speed up the process of EMS becoming Rinnegan... Bcoz of Uzumaki Life Power or something...

No, that's not likely, it has a purpose and I think that's it. He needs to get the Senju DNA administrated into his blood stream, he's with Oro if you haven't forgot.

Sasuke + Zetsu + Oro as the scientist = Rinnegan (It's logical but it doesn't necessarily have to go like that.)
