      question about naruto ultimate ninja 3

      I live in india n i want to pre order the naruto ultimate ninja 3 but if i want the dlc pack from where should i pre order it? Usa or europe ? And will it work in my ps3 coz its in asia(india) ? I really want that game but i dont know if i should pre order it or wait for international version
