Awesome bands. Also Meshuggah. I tend to lean closer to the hardcore side. Bands like Whitechapel, The Acacia Strain, Periphery, The Contotrtionist and Suicide Silence.

I love Dimmu Borgir! I can't actually say wich one of their albums is the best. Also Jorn Lande (not the same kind of music, but hehas a great voice) Kamelot, Craddle of Filth, Lamb of God,Messenger, Scar Symmetry, Into Eternity, Evergrey, Hour of Penance, Eluveitie, alter Bridge, Behemoth....Fan of female voices too, love Epica and Nightwish (the Tarja times, not now).

I'm a little late, but I'm the kind of person who considers Metallica good metal. It's kind of interesting how diverse musical opinions are.
