A couple weeks ago I would have said that he wouldn't care and that's still a valid option but how the story has been going and how sasuke found out that his clan"s love is stronger than the senju he's bound to feel something for naruto if he'll figure out that it's naruto's dad or minato will ask him or somethinig lke that!

I really don't think he would care. He doesn't even know Minato or looks up to him. He also never cared about the hokage. You can see he is his son with just one look anyways. It's so plain and obvious, I bet he can guess.
He might be pissed off because Naruto had a chance to talk to his father once or to hear that Naruto's father was so proud of him and believed in him. Remember, Sasuke always thought Itachi was his fathers' favorite.
