Hinata was able to punch Pain once.

So,this means Hinata with Kyuubi chakra would beat Tsunade.
But without Kyuubi chakra,I think Hinata=Tsunade,even she is a Hokage.I'm not understimating her,but she is not that strong.

That said, Hinata w/ Kyuubi Chakra would probably be stronger than Tsunade (based on feats from a few chapters ago). Whether or not she could win a battle with Tsunade is a different story.

Honestly, I don't understand why people focus so much on strength. Hinata and Tsunade are relatively different in terms of fighting strengths/weaknesses.

Honestly, when it comes to hand-to-hand techniques - the Hyuuga are wicked OP. Crushing your bones and chakra networks with minor glancing blows is a bit difficult to deal with. The clan's fighting style focuses on agility, using their chakra control and manipulation to cause the damage. And they have 359x359 degree vision. Anyone thinking they are okay sitting just out of striking range gets a nasty surprise from the Vacuum Palm.

Tsunade would be having a good day if she managed to land a strike on Hinata.

That said, Tsunade isn't stupid and would know that getting within poking range would be hazardous to her health. Her summon could add an interesting dimension to the battle (and unless Hinata pulls a summon or some crazy abilities out of hiding) that could sway the tide in favor of Tsunade.

The way people go about asking 'who is stronger' in Naruto is akin to: "Vegeta... What does the scouter say about his power level?" .... Because in DBZ - power level was everything. Naruto feels like it's getting way too close to that... but there are still extra dimensions to it that people like to forget about.
