Which character(s) do you think kishimoto just neglected or did wrong in terms of what happen in their life and/or ability?
I would have to say its a 3 way tie between
Itachi cuz he had to kill his clan and spent most of his life being hated by the people he protected and randomly dying from an unknown disease
Kimimaro cuz he spent his entire childhood in a cage n was force to fight then he mysteriously died like itachi.
Sakura cuz everyone in her original team was/or became op and she is just blah. Also she cries a lot

Itachi and Sakura but mostly it going to Sakura.
Kishi make Sakura get many haters with her character ,Kishi himself didn't have any idea about sakura and make her didn't act like heroine. I think kishi must give her much action and more scenes.
Itachi character maybe look bad but he make Naruto story get much drama and Itachi so lucky he still get much love from viewers.
