Itachi Uchiha: Ever since his first appearance, Itachi had always been inscrutable. Unlike the vast majority of his clan, Itachi was not interested in personal gain, caring more for his village as a whole. Flashbacks showed that he used to be a compassionate brother, but his initial appearances depicted him as an Akatsuki criminal interested in the organisation's success and secrecy before all else. Later his interest in Akatsuki was revealed to be an act, and his true intentions for joining the organisation were to spy on it from within. Nonetheless, Itachi and his partner, Kisame, cooperated better than most Akatsuki partners, and despite the differences in personalities, appeared to have mutual respect for one another.
While a disgraced man who has lost all he holds dear, Itachi remained a selfless individual, caring only for both his village and little brother's well-being; having never fallen victim to his clan's inherited Curse of Hatred that would normally follow the acquisition of the Sharingan. Itachi possessed incredible control of his emotions, only showing surprise when opponents proved more powerful than expected, and even then did not lose his composure. After his death, he has been shown to have a sense of humour, such as questioning Naruto's claim that no one could survive Nagato's attack when Naruto clearly did, and calling his younger brother a "snake expert" while fighting Kabuto Yakushi.
Itachi was shown to be highly intelligent, something even Tobi acknowledged. From a young age, Itachi was very astute with a great respect for the past and his personal history. From this, by the age of seven, his wisdom and understanding of the world was on par with the Hokage, as noted by Hiruzen Sarutobi. He was quick-witted, observant, and intuitive; rarely being caught off guard or deceived. Itachi had great foresight; his foreknowledge of Sasuke's victory against Deidara, his own pre-meditated death by Sasuke's hand, and the implantation of the Kotoamatsukami-imbued crow inside Naruto were some examples seen.
Minato Namikaze: Jiraiya said that Minato was a shrewd person, and was not a man who would do something without reason. He was very knowledgeable of the ninja world, concluding that only Madara Uchiha would have the power or the reason to have the Nine-Tails attack Konoha during his battle with the masked man.Minato was known for his unbeatable determination and unbelievable drive, which he passed on to his son. In his youth, Minato also had a desire to be acknowledged by everyone in the village and to become a great Hokage, again, a trait passed onto his son. His devotion to the village and his love for his friends inspired all those around him, and, as a result, he became well-liked by the villagers. Minato was nevertheless understanding that Naruto must feel hurt by the fact that his own father had sealed a monster inside him.
Shisui Uchiha: Itachi was Shisui's best friend; in fact, Itachi thought of him as a brother.Shisui taught Itachi that "self-sacrifice… a nameless shinobi who protects peace from within its shadow…" was the true mark of a shinobi. Shisui was also very devoted to the clan, which is why the Konoha Military Police Force asked him to spy on Itachi. It is because of this devotion that the police did not believe he could have committed suicide.
Along with his clan, Shisui was greatly devoted to the protection of the village which he cared for deeply. He even went as far as to attempt to put his clan under a genjutsu in order to stop their coup d'etat which would lead to civil war. With this in mind, he entrusted his left eye to Itachi and told him to protect the village.According to Itachi, he and Naruto Uzumaki hold similar ideals and goals.
Hashirama Senju: Hashirama was shown to be a kind and caring person, with a deep sense of loyalty, great charisma and negotiation skill. He saw the people of Konoha as a part of his own family, and his legacy took a firm root in the village. He was also shown to be a very wise and insightful man, as he passed on great teachings to Hiruzen. It was he who first believed that all Konoha shinobi should show true loyalty to each other, and that a Kage must be willing to put his life on the line for his village to set an example for all others. This belief of his is known as the "Will of Fire". Hashirama also seemed to have a sense of honour regarding his opponents and, despite their rivalry, possessed great respect for Madara Uchiha.
Despite the actions committed by Madara, Hashirama does not resent the Uchiha clan in any way and sees them as allies of Konoha. This puts him in odds with his brother, the Second Hokage, who had saw the Uchiha as a threat to Konoha, despite the fact that Hashirama told his brother to not discriminate the Uchiha countless times.
Contrasting somewhat with the expectations people build up for the man known as the most powerful shinobi to ever live, Hashirama is shown to be a jovial and exuberant person with an interest in gambling. This was displayed after he was reincarnated a second time with his persona left intact and he was barely able to contain his excitement upon learning that there was a Fourth Hokage, taking it as a sign of his village's stability. He was later shocked, as well as worried when he learned that Tsunade had become the Fifth Hokage due to the fact he spoiled her as a child, even teaching her to gamble. The dynamics between him and his brother are also quite intense and inverted as Hashirama regularly succumbed to his more authoritative younger brother's orders.
My point Is,To only Know about The Characters Before You falsely accuse Them Of Wrong intentions!
Once again This Has Nothing To Do about Fighting, It Just Facts Of Their personalities , Backgrounds, & Ability's Etc...
And adding On All Of These Stories Are Based On Facts & Previous mangas.
