Minato would be the popular choice - he's awesome. However, honestly, I'd love to be Hiruzen in his prime. He may not have the speed, but I really dug his wisdom and how down to earth he was in the village, walking around and chilling with people.

Mianto: He's an incredible shinobi that values others as much as he values himself. He's a respectful and polite Ninja that values family and friends. He's well respected even by his foe's (Fourth Raikage - Bee)
He's god a remarkable fighting styles, as well as great intellect.
Hashirama: Due to the recent chapter you can see that he has a great personality and it's big headed despite his hype (God of Shinobi)
He's clearly smart and incredibly strong, not to mention respected even by the biggest villain in the series.
