Why hasnt madara got ahold of bee and naruto yet?

So recent manga shows that Madara wants to get all the Bijuu to make the Juubi. He is trying pretty hard to get them, but he has a power which allows him to go anywhere he wants and knows where anyone is. As shown when he telaported right in front of sasuke,
Madara/Tobi was just talking to Naruto before talkign to the kages so why didnt he snatch Naruto then or why have kisame go after 8 tails why not just get him himself?
Basiclaly what im asking is if Madara can get them and wants them what the hell is he waiting for?

Madara could've sucked Naruto into his mask like he did with Sasuke but that would be too easy. The man obviously likes a challenge! What fun is there for a villain when everything you do is too easy and too cheap? Exactly.. there is no fun.

I wonder that all the time. Ever since we first saw him first teleport without a seal. Madara's ability is pretty broken especially with the new information of his powers in the recent chapter. I guess the current reasoning is that he is currently 'weak' and unable to do so himself but what's stopping him from appearing behind a host and teleporting them to the Akatsuki lair. Then it's a matter of half a dozen S-ranked ninja absolutely trashing the poor host. The manga would have been over a long time ago if things went like that. I'm hoping there is more to Madara's power and mastermind plan.

Still doesn't explain why he hasn't done this for any of the beasts. We've seen so many instances of Madara actually coming into physical contact and actually holding Sasuke over his shoulder to nullify that theory. If Madara was indeed a incorporeal being then that would have made more sense. Him having the ability to touch, teleport anywhere and anyone plus locate instantly makes me wonder all the more about him.
