But only person who can do most damage atm is Madara so he needs to be handled first so it has to be Naruto and Bee ....

Rest of the ninja's and kage can handle/restrain the jubbi... :D

They will still get owned by Madara and Obito.. Remember we have not seen what Madara and Obito can truly do because the were controlling the Juubi the whole time but things will change and you will see Madara in full strength.
