Idk, But I don't think jsut because you have Senju dna you can use wood style.
I think you have to be able to combine the elements needed. The DNA might make him live longer and enhance your abilities. but I don't think he will be able to use Wood Jutsu.

no the answer to his prayers would be sasuke uchiha but I get were your going with this. My only thing is I feel oro knows more than anybody about the ninja world he even said it himself when hiruzen first found out what he was doing he said he wanted to knw everything. With that being said oro is the only person who sets a goal and makes it come true
Immortality was his first step to achieving mastery over ninjutsu and the only person to master ninjutsu was nagato he mastered all basic chakra elements fire water earth lightning wind and yin yang and yin-yang release as a child at the age of ten and white zetsu said nagato can perform any jutsu
