Give me the Viz Scan then instead of running your mouth you moron. And even then it wouldn't matter in the context of the situation; just because only physical attacks work (could be referred to as his "weakness" so to speak, if what you say is even true), does not mean he isn't proficient at it. It's that f*cking simple. It just means it's the weakest aspect out of his skill-set, but that doesn't automatically make it WEAK. Just weaker than the other skills. Anyone with half a brain cell understands this.

How the hell Hashirama(Naruto parallel) and Nagato have higher intelligence than Obito? How can Tobi have anything but 5 in that category at all? lolwtf completely illogical. You should've also put his genjutsu abilities lower(he never uses it, therefore not that good with it most likely) and intelligence higher.

He is Raikage, he musts take care on his village, I think he is smarter than anyone thinks. He is only nervous and choleric.
And I would give him less HS because he didn't show any.
