Can they work if I spill some water over them? D:

They use chakra to explode (these ones do, at least), so I'd assume if you could dry them afterwards they should still work. If you try exploding them when wet... Honestly, my best guess is that they mechanics behind what makes them explode should be enough to dry them to a point where they're combustable, thus allowing you to blow them up after a delay. Of course, I don't know the inner workings of Explosive Tags too well, but I believe it should work like that... <.<

, cool. I was just making some pre-talk, before we get to the technique itself, but ok, since you started, what else do I need to know? xD

Yeah, I figured as much. xD However, giving real answers won't hurt. So... Not much else to say about it. Use the "Hidden Explodive Tag" technique (Hanzo's jutsu in the AACT) to show you can manipulate Explosive Tags before we begin.

(Himitsu Kibaku Fuda no Jutsu) Hidden Explosive Tags Technique
    Type: Offensive
    Rank: A-Rank
    Range: Short-Mid
    Chakra: 30
    Damage: 60
    Description:
The user does a sequence of 4 hand seals (Tiger → Rat → Bird → Snake) or slams his hand on the ground or surface. Using his chakra, he is able to stream a multitude of paper tags through the ground and use his chakra to keep them hidden from sight. As they stream towards the target, they are undistinguishable from the ground, seamlessly merged with it. Nearing the target, they rise from the ground, "crawling" up the target. As they wrap themselves in lairs around the target, the user can choose when to detonate them, making a quicker, weaker detonation or waiting for more paper tags to pile in the target and adding more damage.

So, I gather chakra in my dominant hand and I slam it onto the ground, releasing it. This causes a multitude of paper tags to stream towards the opponent, hidden in the ground. As they get close to the opponent, they burst up, from the ground, wrapping themselves around the opponent, making him a walking bomb. All I have to do, is chose the right moment when to detonate the tags.

Alright... Now you're going to do basically the same thing with this sack of Explosive Tags, only instead of having them crawl around, I want you to make them stick together in a kunai-esque form. Then use the basics of the Transformation Technique to make the kunai turn grey, making it seem like the real deal. After that you can throw it towards my clone, and as it nears him, form the "tiger" handseal. Performing that seal will cause your chakra to be "released", so to say, from the explosive tags, causing them all to separate into a large cloud surrounding my clone. A second later, because your chakra is no longer there to hinder the explosion, all the tags combust at the same moment. Give it a try.

I reach into the sack of explosive tags and infuse them with my chakra, through my hand. As I do so I use shape manipulation to change their appearance to mimic a standard kunai, changing not only their shape but also the color, making them greyish. After that I throw the explosive kunai towards your clone, and perform the tiger handseal, making it explode just before it hits your clones face.

Can I make it while I reach into the pouch and have it done by the time I take it out, or does it form just after I take the tags out? Also, if it would collide with another kunai and I performed the handseal before they hit each other, would the opposing kunai be sent backwards, towards the opponent?

Re: [CJ Lesson with Sharingdork] McRazor

The whole point of this technique is to be tricky; there's no reason for the opponent to believe that it's anything other than a kunai because it was formed outside of their eyesight. So I believe it would be very logical for you to be able to create it, reach in, and then throw (though you'd have to create it on the same turn you throw it). And if you can time it well enough, as in, make the cloud a second before the other kunai is about to reach the cloud itself (ie. it explodes before the real kunai enters it), then it would be deflected. If it explodes around the real kunai, then it would basically deflect the kunai every which-way, essentially throwing it away from both of you (in terms of RP, the kunai would be "out of play"; as if it didn't exist).

You're welcome. Do you have any more questions before we move on?
    (Kaika Kunai) Blossoming Kunai
    Type: Offensive
    Rank: B
    Range: Short-Mid
    Chakra Cost: 20
    Damage Points: 40
Description: The user reaches into a pouch filled with explosive tags and channels their chakra through the tags, allowing them to control each tag with their chakra, similar to the "Hidden Explosive Tags Technique". The user then causes several exploding tags to "crawl" around his hand and stick together with his/her chakra, ultimately creating a kunai shape. The tags on the outer-most layer of the "kunai" take on a grey color, giving the illusion that it's a real kunai. The user then throws the "kunai", the collection of tags travelling almost like a normal kunai. The difference is that since the kunai is much lighter than a normal one, it travels with both different speed and kinetics. On contact with another object, or when the user forms the "tiger" handseal, the "kunai" will no longer be held together by the user's chakra, and the explosion tags will begin to flutter in the air for a moment, hovering, giving the target a second to realize what's happened before all of the tags explode at once.

Nope, that would be it. So, cavitation.

I'm pretty sure you already know what it is and how it manifests as it's a real life phenomenon. Basically, you create it using your chakra. When you can a water source on the battlefield you put your chakra into it, in order to create the cavities that implode on themselves, producing very powerful shock waves in the water. The implosions are so powerful that they can damage even steel, not to mention someone's skin, if you manage to execute it on someone. You can use it on any water source, no matter the size, but depending on the size, the number of cavities will depend also. They're not too big, look at the picture for reference.

Re: [CJ Lesson with Sharingdork] McRazor

Alright, so; will the cavitations only affects things submerged in the water, or will the combined shockwave of all the cavitations within the water source create an outward effect that will harm things close enough to the water. When using this technique, will all of the implosions and shockwaves get rid of the water, make the source smaller, etc.? Can this be used on an opponent's water technique (like anything defensive which is close to them)? Finally, any handseals or delay in the technique which would allow the opponent to know it's happening before it's too late?

Suiton: Kyabitēshon | Water Release: Cavitation
    Type: Offense/Supplementary
    Rank: A
    Range: Short/Long
    Chakra: 30
    Damage: 60
Description: Cavitation is a very advanced technique where the user, after performing a single handseal, uses his own chakra to create air pockets in a body of water. The size and number of the pockets, so called cavities, differs from each body of water. After being created the cavities collapse on itself, i.e. implode, under the pressure of the water. When the cavitation bubbles collapse, they force energetic liquid into very small volumes, thereby creating spots of high temperature and emitting shock waves, the latter of which are a source of noise. The implosion effect is so strong that it can easily create holes in metal objects over a prolonged period of time. It also causes instability in the body of water and harm to anything caught within it. The cavities usually differ in size, from the moment they are created to the moment they implode. Even so, they never exceed the size of a somewhat regular marble (1/2 to 1 inch). The number of the cavities depends on the size of the water source because they can be created in every inch of the water source giving a better implosion effect overall. Bigger water source equals more cavities.
    Note: Needs a water source
Note: Usable only twice (2) per battle
Note: Only McRazor can teach this

As you can see you need one handseal to perform it. The cavitations only affect the water and don't have any effect on the outside. No, it won't shrink. It will stay as it is and yeah, you can also use it on techniques from your opponent.

It's powerful so use it wisely, time it and try to either get your opponent to defend with water or trap him in water and use it on him. Either way, you will get the desired effect.
