if madara is saving itachi's body for his eyes, he can do that with pein by stealing him from konan. all they have to do is revive them and we have seen it before.

btw, i think pein will be more powerful if he didn't split his power into 6 or 7 body including nagato himself.

Do you really think konohomaru will become a sage? He is almost exactly like his rival but to get the same jutsu as he already has the rasengan. Don't you think it would be a little tedious and repetitive.

Heh that was the point. Konohamaru has already copied Naruto's copied jutsus. The least Kishi could do is put him on the path as his Grandfather and give him more variety. He would then be a worthy rival.

Of course. Nagato was gimped from the beginning because of how strong the Rinnegan was. We never saw his utilize any of the jutsu's that Jiraiya taught him or even a single attacking elemental jutsu. He had all the powers of the 6 plus more. Imagine that in a healthy body wease:

I doubt we ever going to see Edo Tensei again. He wouldn't even know who, where, what the deal with Pain and Rinnegan is all about.

Well, in the flashback, after he used the Gedo Mazo summoning he got all those black chakra transmitters stuck into his back and he couldn't really move very well with those. He summoned the statue in a desparate situation not fully knowing the consequences and the price is immobility. Plus using the tech kinda sucked the life force out of him so Nagato's physical body was too weak for battle or moving at all really. Making the other Pain bodies was his way around that.

There will be a new Rinnegan but who i dont know , but madara needs the rinnegan in his plan to see "the final" secret of uchiha .
Kinda of off topic now , but H0W MANY SECRETS DO UCHIHA GOT MAN srs . they got alot of secrets here and secrets there.
On topic , Madara is keeping itachi´s eyes for sure to give Sasuke the ulitmate power and then take his body
