Screen Resolution is f*cked up, need help!

Well my screen resolution is all f*cked up, the task bar is really small and making it larger doesn't help. When browsing I have to zoom in, but that makes everything look f*cked up aswell.
I tried changing the resolution and even changing it back, but it doesn't seem to work, does anybody here know how to make everything larger again?

i'm not sure if its related to DPI but its worth a try

Right Click->Personalize-> *on the left side pane* Click Change Font Size DPI

It doesn't matter anymore, I've found a temporary fix for it.
