Sharingan is directly descended from Rikudo Sennin and his Rinnegan. And besides: predicting movement, reading hand signs, genjutsu, mind control (over people, animal summons, and giant tailed beasts), reading chakra, plus MS abilities (amaterasu, tsukuyomi, susanoo, kamui), plus EMS abilities vs panoramic/telescopic/microscopic/x-ray vision... I know which one I would choose to help in a fight. Byakugan is more for recon than battle.

you forgot to add that kakashis ms is weakened, that he has no chakra stamina and no s-class jutsu except the extreme chakra-taking kamui and the close range raikiri, which actually has the same abilities as the a-class chidori.
tenzo never showed anything which would classify him as a bigger danger for anyone, his jutsus are all just for defense, and they never reached the level of the better def-techs, like gaaras (shippuuden) sand-shield, raikages lightning armor or sasuke's two forms of susano'o.

i dont say that these defenses are perfect, just that they have more use than some wood truss because they protect fast and all around, and are much more difficult to pierce.

yes i think too that the pure, raw power of raikiri is higher, but in my eyes it doesnt matter weather you pierce your enemies tech and/or body with your chidori or your raikiri. raikiri has the same limits like chidori, it depends on coming close to your enemy (at least 5 meter, the best result has it if you can attack your enemy with your hand) having time to perform it, and for both you need a sharingan. therefore it's pretty weak for a s-class-technique, because you rarely need more power than the already deadly a-class chidori.

Gai - Sasuke would use Amaterasu, burn his head off and LOL at funny hair-do.
Yamato - Sasuke would use Amaterasu, burn his head off and LOL at Shodai clone.
Tsunade - Sasuke would use Amaterasu, burn her head off and LOL at being in a coma.
Danzo - Sasuke would use Amaterasu, burn his head off and LOL at using perfect art-of-run in Kage meeting.
Anko - Sasuke would use Amaterasu, burn her head off and LOL at being forgotten in the plot.
Iruka - Sasuke would use Amaterasu, burn his head off and LOL at being Kakashi's no.1 yaoi partner.
Neji - Sasuke would use Amaterasu, burn his head off and LOL at Hyuuga FAIL.
Shino - Sasuke would use Amaterasu, burn his head off and LOL at people not recognizing him.
Kiba - Sasuke would use Amaterasu and burn his head off and LOL at losing to a fart.

Second we nothing about the senior byugan users ad the byugan in general, its secrets has been kept secert by not only kishi but characters in the manga. So we can't know for sure what they can do.

And finally there other characters from konoha we knowing about like the elders etc... And by the blacks flames don't intantly burn you there have numerous examples of this. But the most epic one being when the riakage was just talking to garra while his arm was engulfed. So lets not over exaggerate the flames plz.

One on one maybe no one but Naruto at the moment and most probably Tsunade. With Pain her Powers were wasted on saving the villagers and she couldn't really fight him.

Shikamaru can pull off some strategy, if he has a chance but he would need support and the fight would probably would not be one on one. Kakashi can put up a fight though his chances of winning it are thin.
