I speculate he will use minato & hiruzen

& in the 4th ninja world he would b a great asset to akatsuki

Well I guess that's assuming whoever is in control and able to use both set of unique powers. Didn't Hiruzen seal Minato's coffin(if it was his) from ever being revived again or just merely stop it for the moment? Also, I don't think he access to Hiruzen's D.N.A. to revive him.

I think this fight goes to Naruto. In Sage Mode he is faster, stronger, can regenerate, just as durable and his Rasenshuriken is one of those few abilities that can completely dispose of Orochimaru's physical body. Even in Orochimaru's strongest form against Itachi, Naruto has shown the strength feat to handle a strong beast of that magnitude. Kabutomaru may be more cunning and actually play hide and seek which would drain the Sage chakra time limit but Naruto showed in the Pain fight, that his clone strategies especially with smoke bombs have improved immensely.
