dnt hate me for saying this I merely seen his stats on wiki and with those numbers he clearly was one of the most powerful shinobi in history and we can debate a lot of things except numbers because men lie women lie but numbers dnt and he is 2points short of being perfect 5's all across

And you are incorrect. Sasori's stats are a total of 34.5. The maximum is 40. He isn't 2 away from perfection. Itachi had 35.5, which is higher.

it was all for the plot and the same thing happened to Nagato who is probably the most powerful ever except for and edo madara

Nagato was said to be invincible by Obito and zetsu said he was unbeatable even in a weakened state and konan said he couldn't lose and we all seen what happened to naruto and bee he would have killed them both and easily from the looks of it if not for kabuto mishandling him and forgetting about itachi
