Idk why people think Minato has the kyuubi chakra. Just because he used the DDS doesn't mean it's inside him. If that was the case then Both hokages and orochimaru's arms would still be in Hiruzen. Once Orochimaru cut the Death Demon's stomach, the seals were broken meaning the kyuubi's chakra has been released along with Orochimaru's arms and hokage's souls

It isn't.

The mechanisms are explained, whether or not you discern them correctly seem...

Regardless, until Orochimaru's ends Edo Tensei, terminating the summons, Tobirama cannot 'just' break out of Edo Tensei. Even Madara adhered to these rules.
