So i want to ask if Itachi already had EMS, if not, Had he killed Sasuke before and taken his MS, he would have become far more stronger than now(when he is already above all). ??

To have the EMS he would need Sasuke's eyes.
But then he wouldn't be able to take Sasuke's eyes again.

It depends on the effects of being resurrected by edo tensei on MS. Itachi did not have EMS... I think he gave sasuke MS or when sasuke killeed itachi he awakened MS... not sure about that part tbh.

Sasuke took Itachi's MS to evolve his own MS into EMS, then how come when Itachi was resurrected by Edo Tensei, he still had his sharingan with him

You forget that Itachi was already dying of sickness. So had he gotten Sasuke's eyes he would still have died even with the EMS he possessed.

EMS only prevents blindness....otherwise the power in the eys is the same or depends on the user....

He doesn't NEED his brother's eyes to get ems.. any blood relative would do.. and the closer the blood tie the more likely to unlock it.

To get EMS which is the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan you have to take the eyes of a blood relative. Sasuke was his only blood relative and we know he didnt take his eyes, on top of that we know he was going blind which is exactly what EMS keeps from happining, and thus that is further evidence that he does not have EMS. Also one of the keys to getting EMS is that the person whos eyes you take must have MS as well.

MS which is the Mangekyo Sharingan is gained merely by watching someone very close/a loved one die. He gained his MS from watching Shisui die.

But yes, if Itachi did have EMS he would be alot stronger, but that goes without saying.

Yes he had his own eyes because when he died, he died with his own eyes. So except in Madara's case where you he was raised in a better form than his golden prime; the edo tensei is raised exactly as the shinobi died.
