i've been thinking about the same thing for a long time
and i like the idea of a cero surrounging it with getsuga
but i was kinda thinking about a getsuga typhoon or something other than getsuga

I KNOW!!! Getsuga tenshou is all he spams in every fight. And its gotten to the point that we only see a black getsuga now. He never uses it in shikai, even though its his only move. No...he has to fight in Shikai, get his ass kicked, and then go bankai ><

GETSUGA Cero would be an even better move at this point! I don't care! Just give Ichigo another damn move!

yeah, Getsuga is retty annoying, but the truth is that Ichigo has lots and lots of ways to use it. So in my opinion, its a great attack.

Every other Bankai is something big and powerful with a wide variety of attacks for the most part, or some really cool ability. They're usually a one shot or few shot and done attack that causes mass damage.

The point of Ichigo's bankai was that it was supposed to be different. Instead of being huge, it was tiny. The point being that the condensed power made him both incredibly strong, and fast. His speed was shown to be RIDICULOUS during his fight with Byakuya. He was fast enough that a Captain had lost track of his movements and had their ultimate defense beat like a play toy. What happened to the ridiculous speed boost Ichigo's bankai gave him? I haven't seen his speed emphasized ONCE since that fight. Did Kubo just go Alzheimer's on us and forget about that part of Ichigo's bankai?

My thoughts exactly. Where the hell is Ichigo's speed. He never uses it anymore! Like when he got hit by Grimmjow's flying kick, wth?! He couldn't disappeared and then stabbed his @ss while Grimmjow was kicking. But no...Kubo has just forgotten I guess.

my opinion is that ichigo was alot stronger before than he is now i mean he defeated 3 vice captains without using his sword and he used to show off his speed infront of byakuya when he told him that he can go a little faster during there fight...

and now he barely survived his battle against grimmjow while wearing his mask
when kenpachi was able to defear noitora whom is stronger than grimmjow without using a mask or anything else.

When Ichigo used the attack against Yammi... it was COMPLETELY different then before...

The attack was about 90% refined! It actually looked like a cresent moon. In the past it was a wobbly wave of black reiatsu.... It used to look like "black fire".

SOOO... his ultimate attack will be the power of a cero, compressed and refined into a sharp blade... that will cut through anything...

Don't get caught up on the whole "X>Y earlier, but Z>X and Y>Z now" stuff. Kubo is just all over the place with power levels. One second Ichigo is stronger than everyone, then he gets his ass kicked by everyone, then he kills everyone. It gives me a headache.....

It was awesome when Ichigo went full hollow, basically defeating Ulquoirra in one hit. I mean its not often when a guy gets a hole blow in his chest and then kicks the ass of Arrancar 4, in its second releas, with high-speed healing.

hey i agree with u. also in the latest anime filler, when ichigo was fighting zangetsu he used something like that, a getsuga tenshou with hollow/ichigo reiatsu, as well as a hollows face on it.

If he knows what Zangetsou is capable of then he could do more

i agree he fights very traditional he doesn't make any wild or erratic or wild moves. I think he needs to get better control or actually train with his hollow to improve his skills. If ichigo and his hollow ever learn to get along there combined powers will be insane.
