Please if you are an Orochimaru's Fan, when it comes to saying the truth,drop the idea that Orochimaru > Hashirama.

5/5 Loved this chapter! Madara dressing up the kyuubi in a Susano'o armor was pretty awesome. Hashi in senju mode with OP skills was also awesome. With hashi's summoning thingy the 2 of them are on even grounds. Sure, the 1000hands thing is bigger than Kurama, but Kurama probably can't be harmed cuz of Susano'o.

Hope next weak isn't all about their childhood.(tho im expecting it to be)

I agree! The thing i dislike is when you see Hashi's summoning from a far it looks ugly from the backside. It's like if you give it a good push with Madara's Susanoo, the poor thing will have all those hands destroyed! I think Kishi did good, but the hands everywhere was somewhat exaggerated.

That Hashiram's Senjutsu is another version of Senjutsu different from snake and toad senjutsu. I believe this is the highest and the most powerful senjutsu. Shisuusenjutsu .
This Hasi's senjutsu has more design on the face and it will last long than toad senjutsu because its not only on Hashi's eyes, also on his forehead. There is no way Naruto can surpass Hashirama and EMS/Rennegan Madara. They are far Above naruto and sasuke's league.

I think Sasuke will turn good but still want to fight Naruto. One of them will be the next Sage of Six Paths. Sasuke's EMS + Naruto's chakra and Uzumaki cells will make Rinnegan.

I think they will go to the bitter end to find out who's stronger. The outcome of that will prove who really capable of destroying Madara once and for all.

I hope Obito will kill Kakashi and get both his eyes again. To fight Minato at full power.

Well i don't just believe that Naruto/sasuke can't and won't surpass Hasi/madara . Naruto/Sasuke are just 16 yrs old. I believe by the time they get to the Age of Madara/Hashi, they might have gotten what it takes to surpass them.
Unless the Edo Rennegan Madara will defeat Hasirama then Naruto will defeat Edo Rennegan Madara. Then one can say that Naruto has surpassed Hashirama.
Hashi haven't been shown using Uzumaki's Fuuin jutsu all these while. Hashi is just using Senju's jutsu .
EMS Madara is never a Match for Hashirama. But i believe that kishi upgraded Madara in order to match Hashirama. Weldone kishi.

Yhyh, but if madara was supposed to be his rival and madara bringing the kyuubi and still looks fodder then imagine madara without the fox. These two are no rivals unless madara shows off something. Also makes it extremely hard for naruto surpass him. Thought he was on his level., but the latest chapters indicate that naruto is still not on his level.

If hashirama is truly naruto's benchmark and he will surpass him that means the power levels rockets even further

I think once Naruto receives the "Yin Chakra" that's his final power-up that will finally make him surpass Hashirama.

This chapter showed us a piece of history that draws parallels in all the stories we currently know in Naruto. It shows the basic relationship between Madara and Hashirama, in the past, future and the present.

The past: The flashback has showed us that Madara and Hashi had some kind of basic friendship going on. How those two enemy clans have met in times of war (at least those two kids) is a little of a mystery to me, which gives that meeting even more meaning! The pebble-throwing "contest" also reflects with the thrown bijuu-shuriken.

Also, the battle clearly shows that some kind of bond was forged between those two individuals. To what degree and to what extent is yet unknown, but I'm happy to find out next chapter!

The present: Well, I think we can conclude that the relationship between Madara and Hashirama is still very tense. The reason of this can be found in the way that the 'big battle' was fought. Madara, being emotionally obsessed with pain and suffering, decided to write Hashirama out completely. I think this had its consequences. Madara wants his brother back with his "Eye of the Moon plan" but also wants to be as powerful as Hashirama, as I feel that since that pebble-throwing contest when they were kids, defined the basic relationship between Hasi and Madara (which is that Madara is under Hashi)

The future: The past always repeats itself in the future. I think we are sure to see a legendary re-match between those two. To what proportions this will be fought at, is yet unknown...

Conclusion: This chapter revealed a lot of hidden information that people just glare over very swiftly, resulting in very superficial reviews as: "Another flashback, boo!" or "We already knew they had an epic battle, next chapter, please!"

The chapter was awesome but a bit too short.
The kyuubi in susanoo cloak is a great idea, Hashi using senjutsu too... but I didn't like the 1000 hands technique. Okay it's big and everything, but it's ugly in my opinion
Second thing I disliked is that Naruto and Sasuke are supposed to be the strongest ninja's in history at the end of the series. Their fight should decide the future fate of the world. Now... how the f*ck can you be stronger than Madara and Hashi in this chapter? If there really is something stronger, than you must go read Dragon Ball.
I think they are overpowered, kishi's gone too far with this.
PS. Hashirama summoned Ganjuu Rashoumon, better version o Sanjuu Rashoumon by Orochimaru

also hashirama's title of god of shinobi title is officially confirmed. ability to heal himself without handseals and senju sage mode +quadruple rashamon and awesome woodstyle jutsu! nobody can beat hashirama.

also liked how madara cloak kurama in the perfect susanoo and combined one of the blades with the bijuu dama.

also liked to find out how madara and hashirama were childhood friends.

No wonder the memories of Madara was filled with the Epic battle of Him Vs Hashirama. Madara acknowledged Hashirama like a god and the Top dog in the ninja world. Hashirama has not been shown using the scroll on his back.
