[Theory] Slug sage mode, Byakugo, Tsunade, Hashirama and SAKURA.

I had made a thread recently about Hashirama having a possible Mokuton or Slug sage mode.
However, I am gonna kill the Mokuton part in this thread and go 100% for Slug sage mode.

Lets start with bringing Tsunade into this theory about slug sage mode.

Tsunade has Byakugo:

When written as '白毫', byakugō means 'Ūrṇā' (Literally meaning "Fine White Hair"), which is a white swirl of fine hair on the forehead of the Buddha, represented in art by a spiral or a dot, or even a gem or pearl. It represents the third eye which allows one to see past the mundane world and into the divine world. This is a clear allusion to the diamond mark on Tsunade's forehead.

A spiral, a dot, a third eye. Lets take a look at Hashirama shall we?
Look what is forming on his forehead, in the bottom right picture.

What Tsunade could have been doing is storing Senjutsu chakra into the diamond on her forehead, to use Byakugo.
It wouldnt be to troublesome for Kishi to reveal later on, that Tsunade has been using a form of Slug sage mode.
Kishi could refer to it as Senpou: Byakugo later on.
We know Orochimaru could store his Senjutsu chakra in the curse seals, for example, on Anko.

Tsunade should be capable of storing Senjutsu chakra as well.

Madara said that both Tsunade and Hashirama, can use healing without seals. That they use the same thing.
She told him that she didnt inherit the Mokuton from Hashirama, but that she inherited his will and as shown, the same ability as Hashirama, to heal without seals.

Look what happens to Hashirama's scratch wounds, when he enters his sage mode. They fade, cause he is healing himself.

Do you know who has a similar symbol to the pattern that appears on Hashirama his forehead?

It is Haruno Sakura!and conveniently, Sakura doesnt have a huge forehead for nothing.
Kishi hasnt given her a similar symbol for no reason.


The paintings on Hashirama's face, could be seen as the the four Antennas of a slug.

Sakura will get a slug contract no doubt. She is Tsunade's student and the only known person to have inherited her CES (chakra enhanced strength). Naruto, Sakura and Sasuke are the Neo Sannin.

Jiraiya, Toad
Naruto, Toad.
Tsunade, Slug.
Sakura, Slug.
Orochimaru, Snake.
Sasuke, Snake and Hawk.

Kishi hints at such things way before he implies them in the story.

Ryūchi Cave, where you can learn Snake/Dragon Sage mode
and the third place Shikkotsu Forest(humid bone forest, a damp forest, where slugs fit perfectly), where you can learn Slug Sage mode.

Hashirama can use Sage mode of the slugs.
Tsunade can do this as well, but maybe imperfect, just as Oro and Jiraiya have imperfect sage abilities.
Byakugo uses the power of Slug sage mode.
Tsunade and Hashirama use Byakugo.
Sakura will learn this ability.

I would like to add:
It doesnt matter that Hashirama used a Mokuton jutsu in his sage mode. It can still be a Slug Sage mode. He just uses his Sage mode to empower his already existing jutsus. Sage mode increases and changes your senses, speed, strength and jutsus.

Kishi announced that after he is done developing Kakashi, that it will be Sakura her turn.
Soon your jaws :whoa: will drop in awe, when Sakura will take the spot light.

I didnt say that there is a hawk sage mode. Just because Sasuke can summon hawks, doesnt have to mean he gets Hawk sage mode. Maybe he will, but I dont talk about it in this theory.

Oro was an imperfect Sage.
Kabuto is perfect a Sage .

Jiraiya was imperfect sage.
Naruto is perfect a Sage.

Tsunade is probably an imperfect sage.
Sakura will be a perfect Sage.

Sasuke might learn a sage mode as well who knows, but this theory isnt about him.

There are 3 sacred places according to Kabuto.
Mount Myōboku, where you can learn Toad Sage mode.
Ryūchi Cave, where you can learn Snake/Dragon Sage mode
and the third place Shikkotsu Forest, a humid bone forest. Slugs live on humid area's, in humid forests.

I made a theory about Byakugo being a form of slug sage mode.
Tsunade has a slug summon. Slugs are about healing as we have seen.
I showed how Oro can store senjutsu chakra and how Tsunade stores chakra on her forehead.
I showed how Hashirama started healing when he activated his sage mode and I showed links about Madara mentioning, that Tsunade and Hashirama use the same ability.
I listed many things. Not gonna write my theory down again in this post.

When you add it all up, it forms a theory about slug sage mode existing and about who uses it.
Theories cant be 100% fact. It wouldnt be a theory if that is the case.

Who knows, maybe, maybe not. If she needs it, she could maybe handle a chakra implant of Hashirama's DNA.
She is a medic after all and great at perfect chakra control (which is required to handle Hashi's DNA) .

I doubt Hashirama is directly using Slug Sage mode, but then again I don't believe he said if he did or.not.

And sadly at this point what good will it do Sakura ....the manga has Maybee one more arc, and that will be Naruto vs Sasuke oriented.....it would be harsh of Kishi to power her up and let her just sit there :/, but it does make sense she eventually get to where her master is

This is the first theory about Sakura that has gotten me excited. I sincerely hope Sakura develops something awe-inspiring. I've never been a fan boy of any one character in Naruto... they're all my favs as they paint a great and varied tapestry of the universe they occupy. I don't like seeing any one character sidelined.

Yes! Despite my feelings that Sakura won't get anymore development, I've always held out hope that she'll surprise and excite me again one day like she did at the start of part 1. I really want to see her become a second Tsunade!

I read all of it, and it's very plausible.
However, I just feel that this is too... far fetched. The only way I can see her getting a SM is through a time skip. It's like there's too much speculation here, that's what makes me doubt it.

Good theory, and it makes sense, I just don't think it will happen.

I don't think Tsunade has slug sage mode, just healing abilities. She is Hashirama's granddaughter so she has abilities similar to his.

D: It makes so much sense! Sakura being of no ninja-involved background seemed so dull. Maybe you're right. Maybe Kishi wanted to slowly develop Sakura later on in the story but cancelled the whole thing..since I can't see Sakura getting any power-ups anytime soon.
