    Water Release: Binding orbs (Suiton: Hyoushi kyuutai)

    Description: The user focuses his water chakra in his mouth and spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused small globules of water (maximum up to 15 water globules, each measuring 1-2 inches) with good accuracy towards the opponent or any surface. Once the globules of water hit the opponent it sticks to their bodies and instead of just splashing away on hit, they retain their globular shape due to their altered viscosity and immediately they start absorbing the moisture from the air and continuous to enlarge rapidly. Thus in short course of time those individual water globules enlarges up to twice their original size and covers all over the body restraining opponent's movements and finally suffocate him. The water enlarging globules doesn't merge with each other, rather retain their individuality but just gets tightly packed over opponent's body restraining his movements and ultimately suffocates him if his face is covered.
    Notes:
    • When the opponent is already wet the globules can absorb the water and can enlarge in just a few moments.

    Description: This technique, after performing the ox hand seal, allows the user to assemble water from the moister in the ground or the humidity in the air, forming of up to 5 dense spheres of water. These spheres are strong enough to support the weight of an average sized shinobi, allowing one to hop from one to the other. Though once the shinobi pushes off of the sphere, the amount of resistance the sphere has to put up with is too big and thus they collapse. The spheres are 1x1 in diameter and only 20 centimeters thick, just strong enough to hold a shinobi on top of it. The spheres stay on the field until a shinobi has been standing on top of them. And due to the shinobi being capable of controlling the spheres at will, it allows one to climb up tall edifices or across gaps with tremendous ease or escaping from the ground.

    Earth Release: Hidden earth trap (Doton: Hitoshirezu daichi wana)
    Type: Supplementary

    Description: The user performs the snake hand seal while channeling his earth chakra into the ground and creates a large empty cavity beneath the earth surface wherever the user desires, within the range by compressing the earth on all sides using his chakra to create an empty cavity without disturbing the surface of the ground. In doing so, the opponent just feels a mild tremor coursing through the ground if he is in contact with the ground. The size of the cavity can vary from a minimum of 3 feet in all dimension to a maximum of 15 feet in all dimensions whether be it in a spherical or cuboid shape or tubular shape or irregular shape and the cavity is created just 2-5 feet beneath the ground surface with intact surface strong enough to support the opponent or things at that time. Because of this thin surface over the underlying cavity whenever significant added weight (for example water, earth, extra weight due to clones/summoning animals or explosions) or when added force occurs over the area like jumping, falling occurs over that area, the thin surface gives away and breaks drawing them all into the pit. The surface also will break when certain lightning jutsus which travel through the ground like Chidori thunderstorm as they will destroy the superficial earth in their path as they proceed.

    Earth Release: Pillar section launch (Doton: Chuuseki setsu ranchi)

    Description: The user channels his earth chakra while standing atop an earthen pillar created by an earth jutsu or any naturally occurring tall earthen structures will perform a forward thrusting action in a direction using his hand and launches 1 to 3 sections of earth slabs in quick succession out of the standing pillar. The earthen slabs are cut out from the earth pillar on which the user is standing.
    The earthen slabs have same length and breadth as that of the pillar from which they are launched but the thickness of the earth slabs and the level from which they're are launched from while standing on the pillar depends on the user and lesser the thickness of the slab, faster is its movement while traveling in the air.
    After launching the earth slabs out of the pillar, a deficiency is created in the pillar and upper part pillar(the part of pillar above from where the earthen slabs are launched) just rests on the lower part of pillar thus reducing the total height of the pillar which depends on the thickness of the earthen slabs fired out of the pillar.

    Raiton: Dendou Hora Ryouiki (Lightning Style: Electric Mine Field)

    Description: The user concentrates on his Raiton chakra. The user then molds his chakra and channel it to his mouth while squishing it into small flatly round pellets. The user then spits out the small lighting pellets (about 30) to the ground in a wide area (8ft-13ft). When the opponent steps on the pellets they will send off a electrical signal through the air as well as shocking the opponent. These pellets are rather small and are usually unnoticeable to the naked eye. When these pellets go off the user can sense the electrical signal in the air by using his Raiton chakra within him/her to locate the enemy. This jutsu is very useful due to the fact that the user can locate the enemy in a split second and counter the opponent unsuspectingly or to set up a ambush for the unsuspecting enemy.

    - User cannot use any water techniques while cube is active.
    - Cube will automatically deactivate after 3 turns.

    Wood Release: Swirling wooden dust (Mokuton: Uzu mokuzou funjin)

    Description: The user focuses wooden chakra in his mouth and forcibly expels out a large stream of wooden dust which is dry compared to other wood jutsus. This wooden dust is capable of acting similar to a smokescreen and can temporarily blind the opponent(s) vision as they fall on their eyes and produce irritation when inhaled through nose/mouth. When this jutsu is used in conjunction with a fire jutsu, the wooden particles burn easily(due to their small size, dryness) acting sort of a fuel and amplifies the effect of the fire jutsu making it more powerful and adds +5 damage to the fire jutsus used in combination.

    Description: The user while standing on a surface (eg: Ground, trees) performs a snake hand seal and turns his lower body (hip and below) into wood and attaches himself firmly on to the surface on which he is standing.
    Because of the natural flexibility of the wood, once attached to a surface, using his wood chakra the user can grow more wood out of his transformed lower body and quickly extend his transformed lower body to several meters and can propel himself in desired direction, twist, turn, wind around something while traveling in this form like that of a snake.
    The speed of the user while traveling in this form is similar to that of any standard jutsu creating wood pillar from user's body.

    • Must have a wood bio to use this jutsu.

    Description: The user performs the Ram -> Snake hand seals and creates 3 sharks made of wood from the ground. These wooden sharks are about 5 meters long(each) and are capable of surfing/traveling through the ground with a speed similar to water sharks created by Kisame. The sharks are capable of producing severe blunt damage to the opponents by colliding against them and can tear them apart using their sharp teeth in their powerful jaws.
    The user can maintain and control this sharks for 3 turns by maintaining the Snake hand seal.
    Notes:
    • Can only be used 2 times per battle with at least 2 turns gap between each usage.
    • The sharks can stay for 3 turns.
    • The user cannot perform any jutsus a part from wood while maintaining/controlling the wooden sharks.

    Wood Release: Living forest (Mokuton: Genzon hayashi)

    Description: The user performs a Snake hand seal and creates a dense forest of trees to rise from the ground all around the field, engulfing it in a gigantic forest. Each tree in the forest bears a single face of the user made of wood on its main trunk and the position of the face on each tree is randomly situated, meaning that they are not at the same level as that of the adjacent tree so that they can effectively cover each others blind spots effectively.

    The trees in the forest are closely linked with the user's visual senses. The user can scan through the forest by touching a near by tree of the forest and closing his one eye or both eyes. On doing this, the user activates the wooden faces which he created early. The wooden faces are not activated randomly all over the forest at once rather the user selectively activates them orderly.

    As the user touches the nearby tree, he activates the wooden faces on the trees which are on the same or almost same line with the tree which he touches initially. This activates the faces on those set of trees which are roughly in the same line. This provides the user with a unified panoramic view of the inside of the forest in front of those activated wooden faces.

    As the user initiated this in the first set of trees, he can rapidly use the same mechanism to activate the faces in a split second on to the next line of trees and so on and thus can scan through the inside of the forest rapidly in the same manner like as if the user is seeing through the forest with his naked eyes with only a slight fraction of second delay while traversing between each set of trees.
    Notes:
    • The forest (or the faces) can be used 3 times per battle and forest lasts until destroyed or cancelled though each time the user uses the faces counts as a move and has a residual chakra cost.
    • The user can also use this jutsu in an already created or an existing natural forest by performing the Snake hand seal and creating the wooden faces as he touches a tree.
    • The user can only activate the trees starting from his nearest line of trees and proceed towards the long range.
    • Cannot be used on trees created by other wood element users.

    Description: By utilizing the ability to make the trees to flower, the user focuses his wood chakra while performing the snake hand seal and creates a forest of flowering trees. The maximum size of the forest that can be created is about 15 meters anywhere within the range.
    As created, the flowers release a type of pollen which is infused with the user's chakra into the air. This chakra infused pollen has severe allergy inducing potential to the living things(humans and animals) other than its creator(as they are made of user's own chakra).
    The pollen itself possess an inherent irritant property which when comes in contact with the skin or mucus membrane (like mouth, nose, eyes) of the opponents will produce a local reaction.
    Sneezing, severe itching, watering from nose & eyes occur immediately on contact with the pollen dust. Continuous sneezing due to the irritation of nose may impair the opponent's ability to concentrate and as the turns pass, the feeling is more uncontrollable and severe
    Notes:
    - Capable of affecting multiple opponents within range. The user is immune to the pollens as the pollen is made of the user's own chakra.
    - Once created, the flowers release pollens in the form of a yellowish cloud which affects the opponents upon contact; if the technique ends and the pollen is removed from the field, the effects last one more turn before disappearing

    Mokuton: Yabureme Ikioi | Wood Release: Tear of Life
    Type: Supplementary

    Description: After having created trees or wood or by sending his chakra into already existing wood, the user will send his chakra into the wood and/or trees and use them to soak in the water and moisture in the surrounding ground and area. The user can then use the water filled wood as a "well" of sorts creating a water source. By performing a single hand seal the water from inside the wood will be expelled to the outside allowing the user to manipulate the water to his desire. Depending on the quantity of wood used, the collected water can vary from a small puddle to a large water source, big enough to perform "Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet" and other large scale techniques. After expelling all the water, the trees/wood will fall into dust due to the lack of water inside them. The effects of the technique can easily be noticed as the ground will become dry and crumbly.

    Description: Sulfuras is the legendary war hammer made from the combination of various metals extracted from the molten lava from the volcano within the very depths of Iwagakure.

    Sulfuras is a heavy hammer about 3 feet in length and contains several flame shaped designs all over its body. In spite of its heaviness, the user can handle it pretty much like handling a light weapon because of his continuous training with this hammer for a very long time.
    Sulfuras has a hammer-head from which several sharp spikes project outwards symmetrically. The weight of the head end and the handle is exactly the same which allows the user to handle it with ease.

    The head end of the hammer is primarily used for most of the attacks and the handle is covered with a thick insulated material for better grip. Though Sulfuras is primarily meant to be used for producing severe blunt damage, because of the several sharp symmetrical projections on its head it can also inflict penetrating damage (up to few centimeters) while during an attack and the penetration by the spikes on its head helps in converting the entirety of the blunt force generated into a tearing force on contact with the opponents.

    Sulfuras is usually carried strapped to the user's back with the handle upwards so that it can be taken out relatively with ease in a combat.
    Abilities:
    • Sulfuras can be used a basic blunt weapon like an ordinary hammer but because of the spikes on its head, Sulfuras is also capable of producing penetrating injury along with blunt force injury which converts the blunt force attack into a tearing force when it comes in contact with the opponent's body.
    • Sulfuras being made from a combination of metals obtained from the volcano naturally has high thermal storage capacity and it can be heated to higher temperatures quickly without itself becoming molten.
    • The Sulfuras is capable of utilizing fire chakra and raw chakra from the user.
    • The user can channel his fire chakra into the hammer head via the handle and can heat up the hammer head up to 300 degree Celsius. This makes the hammer head and part of the handle glow with a faint orange-yellow glow. This heated up hammer head can be used to attack the opponents to produce severe third degree burns on hit. The only purpose of channeling fire chakra is just to produce severe burns on contact and channeling fire chakra doesn't enhance the force of the attack in anyway. The insulated handle of the hammer protects the user from thermal damage from handling the hot Sulfuras.
    • While not channeling his fire chakra, the user can channel his raw chakra through Sulfuras and store it within the hammer head, which can be released rapidly from its head end just at the moment of its contact with the target to produce a blunt damage which is equivalent to the damage caused by B rank taijutsu and can break down defenses up to B rank.
    • This raw chakra channeled Sulfuras can also be hammered forcefully on to the ground which sends tremors, rises up dirt and causes several cracks which progressively increase in size as it progresses forwards to develop on the ground in front of it up to mid range into which the opponents may get trapped. This attack is equivalent to C rank and affects the opponent only when he is standing over the ground. This attack can throw the opponent off their balance and the opponent's legs may get trapped in the fissures produced by the attack if the opponent is standing on the ground.

    Restrictions:
    • Sulfuras is indestructible.
    • Sulfuras can only be wielded by me (-Jiraiya-).
    • The user can channel his fire chakra into Sulfuras up to 4 times per battle. The user channels his fire chakra which heats up the hammer head in the same turn and the heat lasts for another 2 turns without the need of continuous channeling of fire chakra.
    • The channeling of fire chakra to heat up the hammer head in the initial turn counts as a move.
    • The user can channel his raw chakra through Sulfuras and utilize it for attack only 5 times per battle and each attack utilizing raw chakra counts as user's move.
    • The user cannot channel his fire chakra or raw chakra into Sulfuras in the same turn.
    • The user cannot perform any hand seals while wielding Sulfuras but can use jutsus which require no hand seals.

    Description: The user performs the Dog -> Ox -> Bird hand seals and puts the opponent under an illusion where a small hole appears 2 meters behind him and the opponent will feel as if he is sucked from behind into that hole with a tremendous force not very easy to overcome. Once the opponent's body is drawn close to the hole, his body will be sucked in through the small hole thus crushing his body leaving blood everywhere on the ground while producing severe pain to the opponent as he is being sucked in through the hole. Passing through the hole takes some time, during which the enemy feels the tremendous pain and pressure.. Once through the hole, the enemy is left in an empty, hellish black void world where nothing inhabits, seeing the real world only through the small hole through which he entered. The damage is due to mental stress produced by the feeling of severe pain while the body crushes through the hole in the illusion.

    Description: The user performs the Tiger -> Snake hand seal and puts the opponent under illusion where he will see and perceive that dark rain clouds gather above in the sky and starts pouring rain which is corrosive to their flesh and the surroundings like grass, plants, etc which gets charred as well. The user can control the range and density of the rainfall within the illusion.
    In the illusion as the acid rain pours over the opponent and the surroundings, a greyish white smog forms seemingly due to the reaction of the acid rain with the things on ground including the opponent himself and eventually covers the entire area with greyish white smog which gets thicker and thicker as the time passes by leaving the opponent with zero visibility due its thickness.
    Also in the illusion the opponent will also see that the user's entire body glows blue just as the rain begins to pour like as if the user has gathered his chakra all over his body & emitting it and stays unharmed from the acid rain.
    Thus in the illusion the opponent feels severe burning pain as the acid rain falls over his body and chars his body producing smoke which smells of his burning flesh and blinded by the smog. Eventually their flesh starts to melt down as the rain continues to fall over them exposing their bones and produce very severe burning pain. The damage is due to stress on the brain due to severe pain produced in the illusion.
    Because of the increasing smog within the illusion, in reality the opponent progressively loses his real eyesight as the illusion carries forth and starts to create the smog. He is, however, not paralyzed or hindered and can easily move both in the illusion and reality, both actions mimicking each other. This stands so as a visual illusion, despite affecting other senses.

    Description: The user will perform two handseals (starting with boar) inducing the target in an illusion by sending their own chakra to disrupt the target's chakra system and the chakra within their brain. Right after performing the handseal, the target's senses would make them believe that the user possesses some increased speed ability and is using it to move quickly to their location, giving them few quick kicks and punches which sets them off balance. In the illusion, they won't be capable of matching their own speed with the user. They will then believe that the user has suddenly moved behind them and is pointing/touching the back of their (target's) head with their (the user's) index and middle finger as to release a projectile out of them at the back of the target's head. At that moment the target's eyes will have their eyeballs getting dislocated as if they were forcefully attracted by the user's 2 fingers, causing them to turn back 180 degrees as to stare behind themselves yet having their head facing the other side. This is all in the illusion and makes them feel great pain in the illusion causing some mental damage in reality aswell. In reality the target would be falling due to getting out of balance in the genjutsu (because of the few kicks and punches). When the genjutsu ends, the target will be capable of standing up but with some mental pain due to having had his eyes dislocated in the genjutsu. However, in reality, nothing happens to his eyes apart from being momentarily blinded while under the effects of the illusion.

    Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context):

    In Naruto series, we have come across many ninjas using smoke bombs for smoke screens to hide their movements or as a distraction or to escape from the tough situations. Also we have seen many ninjas using paper bombs, incendiary bombs to destroy their opponents, buildings or equipments and set them on fire.

    From these above observations we can conclude that some sort of chemical substance or reaction is involved in creating smoke bombs or explosive tags which leads to the conclusion that a chemical substance which produces smoke and produce explosions exist in Naruto world. Phosphorus fits all these usage description for being able to produce smoke screens, explosions on ignition. Which strongly suggest that Phosphorus may actually exist in Naruto world.

    Also in the Naruto manga, we have seen fire works during festivals or special occasions like the fire works show during the beginning of chunnin exams (Part I). Also we have, in several instances seen in manga, many glass materials in form of drinking glasses, window glasses, spectacles (worn by Ebisu, Killer Bee, etc). Phosphorus salts are one of the important components in making those glass & fire works, which again points towards the possibility of existence of Phosphorus in Naruto world.

    Phosphorus is 11th most abundantly element present on earth's crust, mainly as inorganic phosphates in rocks and as impurities in other metal ores, making it one of the easiest available element on earth. As we have seen in manga/anime, Naruto world is similar to ours with abundance of mountains & rocks, water, trees, swamps, desert, etc with several metals (eg: Iron) and non-metals that are obtainable from the ground or water or air as much as like in real world. Since iron (in form of kunai, swords, shurikens) exist in Naruto world, iron ores must exist & which indirectly provides the proof of existence of phosphorus as impurities in that metal ores.

    Apart from these above proof, we have also seen porcelain (fine china) ware exist in Naruto manga like sake jars, plates, etc which also contains phosphates along with several other materials.

    From manga we know that ninjas in Naruto series are humans with flesh, bones and blood. We have seen in manga medical ninjas like Tsunade, Sakura talk about cells, healing fractured arms and Kabuto speaking about DNA for impure world resurrection. Though not in large quantities as compared to that present on earth, human body contains phosphorus as phosphates in very small amount, especially in bones, cells and in DNA. This provides additional proof that phosphorus, as phosphate exist in Narutoverse.

    How it works:

    Phosphorus - Properties:
    • Phosphorus is a waxy solid, non metal, highly flammable & emits dark gray-black smoke on burning which is an irritant to eyes, mucus membranes, throat, lungs.

    • Wind & its CE (As wind does pretty much nothing to Phosphorus & vice-versa)

Once the dome is erected, the user can ignite it with explosive tag or fire jutsu which produces a massive explosion causing severe third degree burns along with the release of dark gray-black chemical smoke from the reaction of burning phosphorus with air causing chemical irritation to eyes, throat, mucus membranes, lungs, etc upon contact.
    If the smoke comes in contact with the eye it will produce intense irritation, burning sensation, blurring of vision along with watering until it has been cleared from the eye. If the fumes are inhaled, it causes difficulty in breathing making the enemies unable to use jutsus via their mouth (which requires inhalation & exhalation) for one turn.

    Once created, the user can channel his fire chakra to ignite the wall from inside out which then violently erupts with the opponent inside, causing massive burn damage to him. Alternatively the user can use an explosive tag or fire jutsu to ignite it.

    Description: The user performs a set of 3 hand seals and slams his hand on the ground and spreads his Phosphorus chakra into the ground turning the regular earth into phosphorus up to a maximum of 8 meters radius around the target. As the ground turns to phosphorus the user will then use an explosive tags or fire jutsus or channel his fire chakra over the created phosphorus to ignite it.
    When the opponents comes directly in contact with the ignited phosphorus covered ground, they'll suffer severe third degree burns.
    Further the combustion releases a large amount of dark gray-black chemical smoke from the reaction of burning phosphorus with air causing chemical irritation to eyes, throat, mucus membranes, lungs, etc upon contact.
    If the smoke comes in contact with the opponent's eyes it will produce intense irritation, burning sensation, blurring of vision along with watering until it has been cleared from the eye. If the fumes are inhaled, it causes intense burning pain inside the chest and results in difficulty in breathing leaving the opponents unable to use jutsus via their mouth (which requires inhalation & exhalation) for one turn.

    Description: The user takes 2 explosive tags, one in each hand and places them on the ground and creates two monsters made of phosphorus out of earth while simultaneously inserting the explosive tags into the monsters. The monsters are created in the short range of user and can reach up to long range.
    The monsters are shaped like Chinese stone lions about 1 meter in length and height and proceeds running towards the target with the speed of ninja hounds and they can jump up to 3 meters into air or on the ground.
    Once near the target, the user will perform a confrontation seal and ignites the explosive tag which was embedded within the monsters making them explode creating a crater of 3 meters each (each produces B-Rank damage).
    Note(s):
    • Can only be used 2 times per battle and the monsters can stay for 3 turns.
    • The beasts' movements can be controlled by the user to avoid or jump small obstacles/pits within logic and reasoning.

    Once created, the user stomps their feet on the ground which causes the fine phosphorus powder to quickly rise above the ground forming a transparent, yet visible, cloud of phosphorus dust around the opponent.
    This will cause small phosphorus particles to linger in the air and be deposited on the opponent's clothing and over his body surfaces like skin, eyes, nose, etc.
    Once the phosphorus particles are shot up in the air forming dust cloud around the opponents, the user can perform the confrontation hand seal channeling fire into one of the phosphorus particles that is closest to him from his place and can ignite it creating a fire spark which will ignite the particles next to it thus growing larger in near instant time producing a violent cascading explosion. This is similar to the domino affect. Due to one of them got ignited, the rest did as well. The explosion reaches up to extent of the phosphorus dust.
    Notes:
    • Can only be used twice per battle at least 2 turns apart. Igniting the cloud counts as a move.
    • The user can't use any S rank and above Phosphorus jutsu in the same turn.

    Description: The user will perform the Dragon → Boar→ Tiger hand seals and slam their hands on the ground summoning a huge tomb out of the ground from beneath the opponent that is made of pure solid phosphorus which is infused with the user's chakra. The tomb measures up to 3 meters in width & 6 meters in depth with the walls up to 2 feet in thickness.
    The tomb will split open fast as it rises a few feet above the ground causing the opponent to fall into the tomb of phosphorus. The tomb and the surrounding ground will then seal back up encasing the opponent within the tomb and the tomb will rapidly descend up to 8 meters below the ground level.
    As the opponent is trapped inside the tomb, the user can perform a confrontation hand seal channeling his fire chakra all throughout the tomb of the phosphorus and make the phosphorus tomb to violently explode, causing a violent underground explosion up to short range on all sides of the phosphorus tomb.
    Notes:
    - Can be used 2 times per battle, at least 2 turns apart from each use.
    - The user can't use any phosphorus jutsus in the following 2 turns after its use.
    - The use can't use any jutsus above S rank in the immediate next turn.

Mercurial has a great water resistance cause of the dry skin he has and he is able to block water based attacks up to A rank. He is also able to use earth based techniques up to S rank and his tusks are as hard as steel and can strike almost through anything. He is really massive and simple attacks like projectiles, kicks doesn't affect him.

    Description: By expanding their natural ability to detect and communicate using vibrations through the ground and other solid objects, the elephants have successfully learned to apply this ability in combat.     Description and Background: The frigatebirds belong to family Fregatidae, of seabirds. There are five species in the single genus Fregata. They are also sometimes called Man of War birds or Pirate birds. They have long wings, tails and bills and the males have a red gular pouch that is inflated during the breeding season to attract a mate.

    Frigatebirds are piscivores which obtain most of their food on the wing. A small amount of their diet is obtained by robbing other seabirds, a behaviour that has given the family its name, and by snatching seabird chicks.

    Frigatebirds are large, with iridescent black feathers (the females have a white underbelly), with long wings (male wingspan can reach 2.3 metres) and deeply-forked tails. The males have inflatable red-coloured throat pouches called "gular pouches", which they inflate to attract females during the mating season. Having the largest wingspan to body weight ratio of any bird, they are essentially aerial, able to stay aloft for more than a week, landing only to roost or breed on trees or cliffs.
